Nestled in Bay Pines, this attractive condo for $174 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Beachway Condos a gated condo upscale community close to all the wonderful beaches of Pinellas county. Your condo is open concept with high ceilings, granite, crown molding, stainless appliances and nice tennis court/landscape view. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. One king bed, one queen bed, living room couch. Home is stocked with everything you need for a comfy VACATION - all dishes, silverware,shampoo,conditioner, body wash, 3 different types of coffee and cramers, iron, hairdryer, full sized washer and dryer in the home. Complex has tennis courts, gym and heated pool . Entire condo is yours -2 bedrooms 1 bath, washer dryer in unit and pet friendly ! ( two pet limit, each pet must be under 25 pounds) Complex has a large pool that is heated in winter months for your most ultimate vacation experience. Nice tennis courts, gas grills, covered seating and open seating by the pool and gym for you to use. No vehicle number restrictions. Open parking. Complex is located in the heart of Pinellas County close to everything, beaches, shopping, WALKING DISTANCE to: McDonald’s, Burger King, tropical smoothie, STARBUCKS, Daily’s burger, Lukens liquor, PDQ, Wendy’s, Ross, Burlington and Sprouts. PET FEE $100 PER ENTIRE STAY. High ceilings make this unit feel bright and airy! Washer/ dryer is in the condo - 1 mile to Indian shores beach -3 miles to Madeira beach, Indian rocks beach -3 miles to John’s pass & shopes - 5 miles to Clearwater beach - 7 miles to st Pete beach and treasure island - 6 miles to st Pete Clearwater airport - 7 miles to winter the dolphin and Clearwater aquarium - 25 min to tampa airport -30 min to Busch gardens and adventure island -30 min to zoo tampa - 1 mile to Seminole city center mall -4 miles to Tyrone square mall -1/4 mile from Pinellas biking trail/pedestrian trail EV chargers right outside your unit ! Our family of three stayed for several days and the place was very suitable for our needs.
Wanting to be active, we used the tennis court and pool, and the drive to the beach was under 10 minutes. There were even beach chairs to bring to the beach.
We used the kitchen, which had a complete set of modern appliances and all the cookware, utensils (and spices, etc) we needed to eat and cook at home, including the BBQ.
When we arrived, the place was immaculate, with a welcoming place setting. Excellent WiFi and full smart TV setup was great.
The host was also very welcoming and responsive.
If we do the same trip again, we'll definitely stay here again.

This condo could not be any better! Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Welcome gift waiting for us from Sandra! And she is amazing to communicate with about any questions we had and flexible about changing our days when needed. 5 minutes to the beach and a wonderful swimming pool right on the property. All of the neighbors were so friendly. We loved sitting on the screened in porch with a glass of wine. Truly wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back!! Don't miss out on this awesome property!!

Condo is in a great location in a gated community close to all amenities. The unit itself is well stocked, nicely decorated, clean and in the perfect location close to the pool, gym, and BBQ area. Our hosts were great. Checked on us by email regularly and had thoughtful welcome gifts. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with the overall experience and the host took good care of us with clear check-in & check out instructions. The location was great with beaches not too far accessible by car. The site was calm and well maintained. The property was nice and comfortable, had everything we needed and even extra items (kids bodyboards, sand toys, umbrella, ) that made it convenient for our family. Overall, great condo to stay in and the service/responsiveness from the host was very professional and quick!

The environment was quiet. We entered the premises and swam without much contact with other residence. Lots of cars, but very few interactions. It was peaceful. The master bed is probably king size, it was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and had utensils as well as basics. The décor set a nice tone for a beach lifestyle.

We never had any needs, but she reached out to check on us. We will frequent Seminole because we have family here, so I will definitely reserve with the same host again!

Beautiful condo, close to pool and not far from beach.. it’s a hidden gem. Also comes with everything you need so all you have to do is sit back and relax… the patio was an extra surprise and was wondering being able to sit outside and enjoy the warmth!! My husband, Dtr, and son in law stayed in this wonderful two bedroom condo for one week. It’s decorated beautifully, had everything we needed, and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine. Sandra was very helpful during a brief Wi-Fi issue and she made sure it was resolved quickly. She checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. We swam daily in the beautiful clean pool and enjoyed chatting with neighbors. The location was perfect for doing different activities in the area. Only two small issues to note; the apt has an excess of decorative items to the extent that it’s a bit hard to fit our own stuff in. Sandra took the feedback and agreed to rectify in the future. Additionally, coffee makers should all have auto shut off so renter be careful.

Let me start off by saying what an awesome place this is! Super clean!! We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Sandy was great communicating with us and would respond within minutes if not seconds. The complex was very nice and clean! We loved the pool area and it’s only 10 mins to the beach! Sandy also provided extras for our stay! We have been traveling for almost a month and by far this is the best place we stayed so far!!!

The condo was clean and lovely for visit to area with my husband. Sandra provided everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well apportioned. Just 10 minutes to the beach and 15-20 minutes to majority of big activities (festivals, downtown, etc.) in the area. We found lots of public pickleball courts and had a blast.

I highly recommend this rental. The apartment is extremely clean, the decor is wonderful, and all the amenities you may need are there for you to use. Sandy is very responsive and contacts you during your stay if there are any questions. The property is very quiet and seems to be safe. Absolutely one of the best properties.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities any vacationer would need in a home away from home. Quiet condo complex with amenities. If you like tennis - court is just outside the condo. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

Simply terrific
We stayed for 4 nights and had a fabulous time . The property was immaculately clean with comfortable beds and nice linen . The condo was also equipped with the essentials such as oil, condiments, cleaning equipment and a very nice welcome gift of wine and coffee. We met Sandra and she was lovely and very obliging.
