About this house rental
Nestled in Seaside, this attractive house for $800 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 TWINS, 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA It’s Always Sunny has never before been on the rental program! This home is a perfect Seaside family getaway that sits on the first block to the beach on a large, shaded corner lot on quiet Robert's Way. A favorite feature is the third floor open air tower with Adirondack bar seating for four to enjoy beautiful sunsets as the sun dips down below the rooftops and into the Gulf of Mexico just seven houses away. Off the first floor entrance is the second living room with a large flat screen TV and space for everyone to hang out off the two bedrooms downstairs. The king master bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom (shower only) and a private screened in front porch with a swing overlooking shaded park like views, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The second bedroom downstairs features two twin beds. Off of the living room and bedrooms is an additional full bathroom with a shower only. Not enough room? The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for sleeping young children, perfect for young families! Upstairs to the second floor and there is a recently renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a large double door refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and art glass pendant lighting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the preferred open floor plan with dining and an additional living area. The living area has a flat screen TV and the dining area comfortably seats six. Off the living area is a screened in second floor porch with Adirondack seating for four with very private park like views, the perfect outdoor spot for an evening nightcap. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and features a queen bed, a large mounted flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Up the stairs to the favorite third floor enclosed and open air tower. There is an indoor closed tower with seating for three the perfect escape to read a book on rainy days. Step outside onto the tower deck and enjoy breezes, Adirondack bar seating for four, and enjoy the gulf views and the most stunning Seaside Florida sunsets. This home is sure to become a Seaside family favorite. 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 3-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. We brought our daughter and five friends to celebrate her birthday. They loved biking around Seaside. The beach was impeccable, this house is an easy elk to the Tupelo pavilion. We used the upstairs bedroom for us to give the girls the bottom floor. That room was a little tight for two grown ups , but doable for a few days. Kitchen was missing a few essentials but eating out was so easy. Loved the rental process and the homeowners collection. A very positive experience and I'd take the smaller space for the convenience of this house.

The management company is excellent and responsive. We were allowed to check in early. The icemaker in the refrigerator was broken and the management company offered to bring us daily bags of ice. This was so above and beyond gracious we were so appreciative.

Pros: This is a good location, and of course everything is at a premium price in the height of pretentiousness that is Seaside. They have done a great job furnishing this house and attention to details and use of space.
Cons: It is quite small overall, especially the smaller bedroom with the two singles. The house is fairly loud, and you can hear all footsteps, seemingly from any level, throughout the house. This can be an issue if you have nightowls. The kitchen is up on the second floor, so just realize that. Some of the TVs aren't smart TVs and aren't all consistent platforms. It's not a bad idea to bring your own streaming device if considered. The wifi is good, not great. Granted, these are just my observations, and some may not be as concerned with such things. There is a lack of trashcans on the interior, especially downstairs.
Summary: This isn't bad if fairly tight spaces don't bother you or the price is competitive for what's available at the time. I think having more than 6 people would be pushing it. It is very clean and decorated and furnished in a very nice manner.

I did have to call the after hours agent to bring sheets for the pull out sofa as there were none anywhere and we needed to use that bed. In addition the pull out bed sofa frame was bent I would not fold back up the next day so we had to call for maintenance. I will say each time we called the agents were professional and sent someone out timely to correct the issues. Overall the place was clean. A little updating needed to be done I felt in the master bathroom/shower. Second floor den rug does need to be replaced as it appeared to be old and dirty. That’s my only real complaint. We loved the two porches as well as the third-floor tower sitting area. It was an easy walk to the beach and to the town Center. We enjoyed the complementary bikes that came with the rental. We would definitely recommend renting this property. We enjoyed our stay.

It's Always Sunny is a beautiful house! We loved the location, which is just a couple of blocks from the center of town and a block from the beach. We enjoyed walking and riding bikes around this lovely town. Our favorite spot in the house was the second floor veranda, where we enjoyed the shade and breeze every morning at breakfast.

This home is fabulous. The location is terrific as it is off the main road but close enough to walk to everything. The two porches and small fenced area are relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and everyone had their 'space'. Best of all, the ocean view from the top is amazing-its a great place to watch the sunset.
