Nestled in Ocean View, this lovely house for $1,251 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Salt Pond - After Dune Delight Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This spacious Salt Pond home provides plenty of space for large groups or families traveling together. Take a short drive to the beach and boardwalk in Bethany Beach to visit the quaint shops and feel the ocean breeze as you stroll along. The seasonal outdoor community pool (paid access required) is excellent in the summer as it's seasonal. Don't worry; there's an indoor pool and a hot tub for you to enjoy. On-site, there's an 18-hole golf course, so you can make a tee time and be home quickly after your round. Don't forget to use the fitness center (fees apply) and tennis courts. The large game room with a theatre is great for everyone to gather and enjoy time together, watching a movie or challenging each other in darts. With a large deck out back, enjoy dinner (gas grill provided) on the deck, or sit and have a cocktail and watch the kids play in the backyard. The screened porch is great for your morning coffee. With a modern kitchen and ample seating, you can bring everyone together for a meal or to plan your day at the beach. The home has free WiFi and a washer/dryer for when you come home from the beach. You'll have access to all of The Salt Pond's unique amenities, including the outdoor and indoor pools, children's pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball court, gym, and clubhouse. Don't miss this incredible opportunity to make lasting memories with your family and friends! Things to Know Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. The indoor pool is open September-June Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We rented this house for a golf weekend. The weekend got kind of rained out and we were unable to use the home theater and unable to get cable on the television. our contact with a Vacassa

Spacious house with great first floor for hanging out and cooking. Plenty of rooms to stay in for everyone and space. Nice large kitchen and convenient to drive to Dewey beach.

Love this house. This is our second stay here. The space is very accommodating for a large group! It minutes aways from ocean city. The neighborhood is cute and quiet.
The only negative is the minor upkeep needed on the house;( walls need repainting, upgrades on kitchen appliances * refrigerator ice maker, update or new cookware) upgrade on the internet…. With such a large home, the internet should reach throughout the house for many devices.
Overall I would recommend without a doubt. I’m sure that me and my family will stay again😊

The house was very spacious with a nice kitchen and living room, plenty of space to spread out for our group of nine adults and six kids.
Maintenance issues involve fixtures -- the faucet and doorhandle for the first floor bedroom and bathroom were loose. At least two of the bathroom doors did not fully close as they were warped.
The grill was very slow and dirty (the dirt may have had something to do with the fact that it didn't get hot enough), so it took a long time to grill anything. This was an issue as we planned on grilling for many of our meals.
There were also conflicting/unclear check out instructions related to the linens. One set of instructions on the fridge said there would be a $75 charge for any dirty linens uncollected in the provided bags, but the app check-out instructions specifically stated to "leave sheets on the beds (don't worry about washing them--we've got it covered)." There was a third set of instructions on the large envelope where the keys were provided.
We also noticed that the floors were not clean on day one - it was noticeably grimy and we could feel sand on the bare floor.
While small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap bars were provided, each bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper. When we called to check if there was more somewhere, we were told that we needed to buy them "like we would for our own house." Kind of odd given that they provide other hotel-like amenities (like the shampoo kits). Some transparency around what toiletries are and are not provided ahead of time would be helpful.
Overall for the amount of money we paid, we expected a better maintained and cleaner house with more hospitable touches. It was our first time using Vacasa and I am not sure we would use again.

House is spread out with lots of spaces for kids and adults to spread out. 5 bathrooms is extremely helpful with larger groups. Nice to have linens & towels provided, made packing up the car a lot easier.

Very spacious and clean home. We had more than enough room for our 15 person stay. Close driving access to the beach and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is an amazing, huge house and worked perfectly for ourselves, and our three adult 'children', their spouses, and our grandchildren. It was also very nice to have the linens provided. Just be sure that you are ok with not being within walking distance to the beach. The public parking areas and beaches are super crowded.

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the space and all of the bedrooms. The theater room is a bonus. Very pretty neighborhood. We had a great time again this year and we would return.

The house was large and spacious. Lots of outside space as well. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely rent this house again.

This home was too gorgeous to be true. Very opened and bright. More than enough rooms and space to accommodate a very large group. Clean and comfortable. Something for all ages to do and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped. There are televisions in every room and the beds are extremely comfortable.The family said we will be returning soon. Lol, we didn’t want to leave but unfortunately the next day was already taken, so get it while you can.Hope you enjoy❤️

This home was too gorgeous to be true. Very opened and bright. More than enough rooms and space to accommodate a very large group. Clean and comfortable. Something for all ages to do and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped. There are televisions in every room and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Had fun watching movies on big screen projector and great room/kitchen flow keeps everyone together. Nice little golf course steps away from home for family fun. And Bethany Beach on a 70 degree October day is unbeatable. And we had 2 chocolate Labs who loved the house and the beach. Vantage Rentals was responsive and efficient. Thanks for a great long weekend getaway!
