This was as advertised and served the purpose of our family get away for New Years Holiday. Yes it was off season, and very quiet, but that was our desire. We have been to Old Orchard Beach during peak season and we wanted something different from that. Still plenty of tourist interests were open for us out-of-towners to enjoy. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. No problems at all!

Beautiful property! Enjoyed our stay! Only issue was that we were given the wrong WiFi address and password on the documents. Luckily someone left the correct info on the mantle. We will return

The house was great. Perfect location on the beach! Comfortable and well equipped. Only complaint was we had no idea that the town would be shut down for the season at the time of our stay. Was disappointing and had a hard time finding places to eat.

Beautiful spot right on the beach! The location couldn't have been more perfect for access to the beach and the magnificent sunrises. The dual decks were great for relaxing with a lovely view of the water. The house was very well appointed with all the supplies we needed. The lower level was nicely laid out but unfortunately we weren't able to utilize the space due to the mustiness. I have severe asthma and allergies so couldn't be downstairs for more than a few moments without heavily sneezing. For anyone without these issues, however, it's a great space with two bedrooms, an area to lounge, and games. I did message Richard upon arrival asking how to control the television downstairs as we couldn't locate the remote but never received a response to this question. I didn't ask again as I quickly realized we wouldn't be spending time downstairs. I was also surprised to not hear from our host in regards to arrival instructions until I messaged him on the day of our stay, and also didn't receive any communication before or after checkout. Perhaps I'm just used to more correspondence from past stays with VRBO hosts, but certainly not a reason to refrain from booking. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and see why guests continue to return! Cheers!

We really enjoyed our stay here and had some family in from Colorado who loved seeing the ocean and beach every day. House was well appointed comfortable. Need to find a reason soon to revisit!!

Enjoyable stay. Great view from high deck. Quiet location right on the beach. My family had a wonderful get together in Old Orchard Beach,, Saco and Portland . Great kitchen space ,nice gathering space with comfortable furniture. The bathrooms are small but there are Plenty of towels. Four parking places was also nice. Would rent again.

Absolutely perfect for group (5 adult cousins). The house has all the comforts of home! We were surprised at how many things were already stocked. Love the dual Keurig coffee maker (by the cup or pot). Very clean, tastefully decorated and a view of the sun rising over the ocean and the sound of the waves from the top deck. Every question was answered quickly! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying in old orchard! The house was clean and right on the water with great views and excellent sunrises. Close enough to Portland and surrounding towns, but there was still plenty to do in walking distance too. Highly recommend!

We had a very short three-day stay over Labor Day this year. There were six of us - all family. We had a blast. The house is perfectly located right on the beach. The upper deck is amazing in the morning and night to just watch and listen to the ocean. Felt very private. We will definitely do it again soon. Longer this time.

Very roomy and comfortable... well stocked. Kitchen can well accommodate many chefs (or want-to-be chefs). Bedrooms are very well sized. Balcony / deck views of sunrises are striking but also great for your 5 O'clock somewhere happy hour !!!!. Being beachside is a sure winner !!! Location is hard to beat !

The location is amazing. House was very clean. Everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of room and a great view looking out the bottom deck. The top deck is so fun and you can see for miles. Great parking too

We had 3 generations of family join us on our vacation over the 4th. The house was perfect for all ages! If it wasn’t for the rain, we would have lived up on the upper deck every evening - you can’t beat the views! The walk to the beach was easy and we just made sure to go set up our chairs early each morning to reserve a good spot then would head down for the day after breakfast. The location was perfect as it was close enough to walk to the pier, but just far enough to be far away from most of the hotels/motels that seemed to crowd the beaches much more a little further down. I would 100% recommend this property and hope to come back in the summers to come!

Just far enough from the hype but walkable to the pier. The house is clean and welcoming. The view from the upper deck was what you would want with your morning coffee or evening wine. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds made for restful nights. It was a wonderful way to bring in 50! Highly recommend!

Words can not express how amazing this property is. Between location, space, and comfort / entertainment, this property has everything you could be looking for. One member of our group summed it up well: this home is very user friendly. Had just the right amenities and conveniences of home, plus considerations for all age groups: main floor bedroom if you have someone who can't go up and down stairs easily. Separate living space and bedrooms for family with younger children. Bunkbed room for cousins to stay up late together. If you are considering a stay in OOB, book this house! You will not be disappointed! We were only there for 4 days for our daughters graduation from UNE and we wished we didn't have to leave. Thank you for the amazing memories that we will always have with our family!

We stayed for the weekend as we were in town for my granddaughters wedding. My kids and grands came in from all around the country, and this was the perfect place for us to gather. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked, and there was plenty of room for everyone. I hope I get to go back again, when the weather is warmer. The beach is beautiful and you can walk to many places. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

Three generations for Christmas - this was an amazing property! Beautiful location, plenty of space to spread out, and even though we entered on the tail-end of the bomb cyclone storm - we had a great visit. I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was exactly what I’d hoped for!

The location was great but the house in general is old. There was no warmth in the bedrooms downstairs unless you left the bedroom doors open as there were no heat vents in the bedrooms downstairs. The lights in the main room needed to be repaired as they did not work.

We were fortunate to have AMAZING weather for our trip to Maine. Having grown up nearby and visited OOB hundreds of times as a young man, it was great to have such an ideal location to take the family, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! The cottage was super clean, convenient to numerous (still open in the off season) locations, especially my mom's and other relatives locations. Even with the one day/night of rain, the cottage on Odessa was super cozy. Hoping to stay there again in the fall!

There were two families (4 adults, 5 kids) that stayed together in the house. There was plenty of space for everyone! We especially loved the location because we could drink our coffee up on the top deck with a beautiful view of the ocean and spend our days down on the beach. We also walked along the beach down to the pier for some fries and to walk around the shops that were open. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at this pristine house. My husband and I brought our 2 adult children, son in law, and 5 grandchildren. The downstairs was set up perfect for the kids(we wouldn't have seen them if we hadn't forced them to come up for family games lol.) There is a big comfy couch, ping pong, pool table, a great Pac man machine, and large TV the kids plugged their Xbox into. The beds were all super comfortable and location can't be beat!! Plenty of beach chairs and even a couple kites!! My only suggestion would be to have screens on the the sliding doors...

Deck on top was a winner. Great view of the beach. Would like to have had a heat lamp or a propane fire pit on the deck for early morning or evening. Location was also excellent. Close enough to downtown to walk but far enough to be outside of the crowds. Easy access to go sightseeing outside OOB. Overall a great place.

We had a fabulous week at your vacation rental. The proximity to the beach made daily swims and activities easy and convenient. The house was very clean, the welcoming flowers and bubbly were an added plus. The remodeling, new furniture and painting really spruced the place. The mini-split system was an added bonus. Our adult children like it cold so their rooms downstairs were adjusted to their liking, while upstairs we were comfortable with opened windows. We look forward to returning next year!

Love, love this property. It was our 3rd time staying here. Can't beat the location, the view and the comfort. Property is just as pictured. Super comfortable and plenty of room. Top deck is amazing for your morning coffee and evening cocktails!
