All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful Condo. Loved ocean view.My only reservation was that the tub/shower could be difficult to get into and out. Grab bars were installed. I would wonder if a large person could get in.

This condo is a front row seat to sandy very walkable beach. The condo had everything we wanted. King size firm mattress, air conditioning, balcony on the 3rd floor for great views and an elevator . Updated appliances including washer and dryer. We were here in June so not overly busy. Nice pool and hot tub. Sand Witch served great sandwiches and has a homey local feel. Also had a good massage. We would certainly stay here again.

Condo is a bit dated but everything is functional. Someone had written “Wash Me” on the outside of the bedroom window, but the unit was mostly clean. There is a cooler, beach chairs and boogie board on the lanai that came in handy at the beach. The view is fantastic. The small bag of snacks and coffee on arrival was a nice touch. Pool and hot tub were clean. Other guests were nice.

Room was not clean at check in. Doors to deck and safe did not work, but these were fixed after a couple of days. Other maintenance tickets generated at the time of repair, including cleaning, were never performed. Door code was changed without notice, leaving us temporarily locked out. I would recommend not renting this unit due to cleanliness and maintenance.

Nice amenities. Clean room. Enjoyed welcome gift bag and availability of laundry and dishwasher detergent. Used boogie board gratefully.

We loved everything about this condo and location! The check-in process was very easy - great, friendly staff. The condo was very clean, bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, , and even a cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards! Beachfront views were amazing as we watched rowers in the morning and evenings and sunsets were breathtaking. Literally steps from the beach and pool, my son had a blast. We will definitely come again!

Duck tape on shower door to keep handle on. Only one bar of soap available between showering and bath sink (could use two). Beach towels thin, need new ones. Only one sand chair available between to people. Water turned off for part of the day for repairs. Blender in kitchen not working but management replaced it. Outside of the building was power washed, that was nice but dirty water sprayed all over parked cars due to power wash. This unit needs upgrading. Duck tape on shower door about says it all. We had a great stay at our Sugar Beach Condo #332! Rebecca whom arranged our stay with Vacasa was a real gem to work with and extended a true welcome of “Aloha” to our family. The condo was clean, comfortable and had the most stunning view & sound of the ocean from the deck. The condo had everything that we needed and was well supplied with kitchen utensils. The access to beach, pool or activities was all at our fingertips. We loved having the early strolls on the beach or eating our breakfast on the deck while hearing the ocean and seeing the sea life, rowers and people in the water. Sugar Beach also offers a friendly Activity Booking Centre which is family-owned and operated giving knowledgeable recommendations that suit your family. We really enjoyed our snorkel tour to the Island of Lanai. Mahalo & A Hui Hou!

Nice and convenient location. 15-20 mins from airport. Maybe very good places to eat in nearby downtown Kihei. Beach access easy and sunset visible from Balcony. We would rent again.

The unit was clean and had enough dishes/pans/utensils for us to be able to make our own meals, which is great. Breakfast and coffee on the lanai every morning was the best.

The condo has a beautiful view of Maalea Bay and has direct access to a wonderful beach with kid-friendly water. The kitchen/living area is well-designed. The king bedroom is roomy and the bed is comfortable. The shower access is a bit cramped with shower doors that don’t move easily and leave only a small opening to get in/out of the tub/shower. The towels were lovely and the washer/dryer combo was a great convenience. I would rent this place again.

Quiet room, clean, and what a view! Enjoyed hearing the waves all day and watching the sunset from the balcony. Nice facility, as well. Doesn't look like much when you drive in, but friendly staff, nice pool, grills, and easy beach access.

First off, I would like to say that it was a nice unit with a home's touch with a very nice view of the ocean and outer islands. I didn't however expect it to be so dirty. The toilet was bad. We ended up cleaning it ourselves before we used it. The bedroom had major dust above the window the whole length of the wall. The dust trails above the window were at least 5 inches long. I have 3 kids and after seeing that, I would say I wouldn't book this place again.

I would not book this place again. The unit I stayed in was not clean. Toilet was not sanitary. Major dust on bedroom blinds, the whole length of the wall. Nice view of the ocean but not a clean place to stay.
