Located just 3 blocks from Atlantic Ave in the middle Downtown Delray and 1 mile from the beach. Also, just 2 short blocks from the brand new Delray Market. It is the perfect location! Home includes many amenities including, large 65" TV in living room, grill, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. There's also a small work space and fast speed internet, if you're looking to work from home. Guest access: Guest have access to the entire property, except the garage.

The home is in excellent condition, decorated well and is very spacious. It is convenient for Atlantic avenue which was great for my adult children at night. My only hesitation is it’s a fairly long walk to the beach because the only way over the inter coastal is across Atlantic. As long as you’re good with a 30 minute walk, excellent place to stay. Owner was very responsive as well.

We had a great time here- the house was beautiful and spacious and a great fit for our family (3 adults and 2 small children). The location is amazing, we walked to downtown Delray Beach every day! Highly recommend

We went to celebrate a birthday of a family member in Boynton Beach and the location was perfect. Much better than a hotel room.

This was my first time ever booking a vacation rental. The place was more than I expected, very lovely, spacious and clean. The host thought of everything we might need. It was a great first experience. Close to downtown nightlife, restaurants and not too much further to get to the beach. It was totally worth it!

Such a great location for downtown shopping in Delray and getting to many local beaches. The inside of the home was spacious, clean and well organized. The kitchen was amazing. Loved staying here, and any questions for the owners were answered promptly. Would love coming back!

The house was perfect for the 4th of July weekend. It was a very peaceful neighborhood, close to necessities and very comfortable. The back porch had a smell that we tried to wash away but other than that it was great! Thank you!

We had a great stay here! Property was really nice - recently updated and really clean. Even nicer in person! It was also a great location. About a 10 min walk to Atlantic Ave and a 5 minute ride to the beach. The owner Eddie was really helpful and super responsive to all our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, well kept place to stay near Atlantic Ave.

Our family often visits Delray because we all think it is Florida's best spot. Beautiful beach and Atlantic Ave is busy all the time! We could walk to everything. The house is a perfect set up for an adult family with three bedrooms and large family space.

The house was very spacious and super clean and felt like a resort property. It’s an easy walk to Atlantic ave and the beach. We downloaded the Freebee app too when we didn’t feel like walking back from the beach. We did have a rental car but parking is tricky to find. Eddie was quick to get back to me with answers to questions. I look forward to renting this property again!
