Close to town. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath home is located in the township of Skaneateles and is centrally located just 2.5 miles from the center of the village and the skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities. Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new appliances, dining table, living room with smart tv to access Netflix and amazon prime, three bedrooms and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The washer/dryer is also located on the main level of the home. A fourth bedroom with queen bed is located on the lower level which also has a full bath. The home has a large deck to watch the sunrise and an outdoor eating area equipped with a grill for barbecuing. The deck is accessible from the porch outside of the kitchen as well as from the French doors in the master bedroom. Driveway available to accommodate four vehicles. Travelers to Skaneateles can choose to stay busy by site seeing, wine tasting, shopping, enjoy fine dining, or just sitting by the lake and reading a book. Great location with all the comforts of home!

Myself husband, parents, my teen daughter and my adult daughter son in law and granddaughter went to visit my daughter in Syracuse. This was a great place for us. We could make a meal in the beautiful kitchen, hang out and play cards. The location was excellent we visited Syracuse, apple orchard and the adorable town. It was a home away from home.

This property was absolutely perfect in all ways for our long weekend getaway. The weather was not the best but that did not matter. We had a great time in town and came back to a warm, relaxing, cozy house. It could not have been better! Would definitely repeat.

This was the perfect house for a low-key relaxing Bachelorette weekend on Skaneateles Lake. The house was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. So close to the heart of the town, we had no problem getting around and finding plenty of things to do right in town. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Buddy and Maria have a lovely rental that is located near the town of Skaneatles. The house has 3 bedrooms and a bath of the first floor and a bedroom and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and the common areas and back deck are great places to gather. Would stay again at their place.

This home was nicely decorated in a clean and crisp decor. It looked like it had recently been renovated and it came out lovely. Pretty much anything we needed they had. Linens and paper products were provided and there were the basics that you need on hand as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the convenience and comforts of a beautifully kept home for our week at Skaneateles Lake.
Everything you would need was supplied and also the beds and bathrooms were updated and well maintained.
The check in process was easy and we were able to get started on our vacation activities right away.
Everyone in our group was pleased and all said they would come back again!

This was the perfect home base for when family had gathered for a wedding in the area, and we all enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is perfect, the hosts were friendly and supported us with any questions we had, and we would not have enjoyed our stay as much had we stayed elsewhere. Book with confidence!

Very disappointed in not being able to extend check-out time to 12/12:30. I think we could have had an accommodation....

The only negative was there is a lot of light and noise from vehicles driving by at night. So, if you need quiet and dark to sleep, this may not be the best choice.

My Husband, teenage daughter and her bestie had a wonderful stay at this most cozy and clean home. We would love to go back. The beds, sheets and blankets were new and so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. It could not have been better! And it was as so close to town, a quick 2 miles. Buddy and Maria were wonderful hosts. The home was decorated nicely and was comfortable for my family. Close to town,shops, restaurants and wedding venue. Nice deck to sit outside and relax. Fire pit in backyard for hanging out at night. We highly recommended this property!

The house was very cute and perfect for what my friends and I needed. We were in town for a concert at Beak and Skiff, conveniently located 15 minutes away. Bedrooms are good sized with comfy beds. Nice updated bathrooms too! We’d stay again if ever in the area.

I rented this home for a graduation weekend and it was perfect. The four bedrooms accommodated my family as well as my in-laws. The kitchen was excellent and the homes open structure was perfect for all of us to hang out when we weren’t out celebrating.

Decided to stay in Skaneateles during a weekend visit to see my daughter at Syracuse University. She loved the house, as did our family and friends. Was nice to get away from downtown and enjoy the lake… especially on a beautiful fall weekend. The hosts were terrific. The house was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

This home, located ten minutes from the quaint downtown shops of Skaneatles, was clean and well appointed with all the amenities a person would need for a stay. We were in town for a family wedding and easily visited a local winery, cider mill, and did some shopping downtown. If the weather were better, we would’ve hiked. Great stay. Thank you!

Wonderful facility. 4 wonderful bedrooms....3 up....one down. Great bathrooms. Kitchen looks brand new. Owners are wonderful to communicate with. Had trouble with TV...they called us and talked us through it. Highly recommend.
