Great view, good price, and nice setup for my small family. AC had an issue, but owner got HVAC fixed same day!

We are a family of four. Two small kids (8 and 6). This condo is small and probably wouldn’t work for us if our kids were any bigger. Communication with owner was great, and location was awesome. The pool area was nice, and generally the building was quiet. The condo could use some upgrades nothing major and mostly cosmetic. Needs some TLC. We enjoyed our stay overall but it was a tight space.

Location of the unit at The Breakers was very good. Kitchen well stocked. The view is very nice - pool and see the ocean water and some of the beach. Communication with the manager was excellent ! Will look forward to booking unit again.

First time to stay in Coligney, and we loved it there! Of course it was the “off season”, which we love! So things were a bit quiet. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed, even beach chairs. SO close to everything…..perfect view of the ocean, walkable to a grocery, plenty of restaurants and shops, but especially to the beach! Really, just everything we could ask for! Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

The host was outstanding… even let us check in super early. Technically sleeps 6 but honestly, it’s a comfortable property for two, maybe 3. The beach was very close ( 3 min walk) and the stores and restaurants were right across the street. We would definitely go back.

Within walking distance of everything - restaurants, taverns, even a grocery store. Terrific heated pool. Has brand new elevator, so don't have to carry everything up two flight of stairs. It is small and best suited for just two people, but that what makes it affordable.

The host was beyond fantastic. She texted to make sure everything was as it should be once we arrived. We had a couple of suggestions and questions while we were there and she responded timely. The condo was very well-maintained. The whole unit seems to have been recently updated with tile floors, granite countertops, and a tile shower. For future bookings…the bunk beds are best suited towards small children - probably best for under 12 years old. The unit was stocked with paper towels and some kitchen goods. Check to see what’s there before you go shopping! The location is perfect as it is located mid-island and right across from Coligny with shopping and restaurants. Beach access was very convenient as well. The complex…The Breakers is an older complex at Hilton Head. There are currently NO elevators although we did see where they are planning to be installed. Parking was terrible. While each unit is assigned one space with a parking pass, coming in later in the evening (9:00 or later) there were no spaces available. We parked close to the complex and crossed our fingers that our car was not towed overnight. We also had one of our rental bikes stolen from where we had placed them. We were able to recover the bike before we left and found that the sticker for the rental company was removed and the basket and chain were discarded in the complex. I would not feel comfortable leaving beach chairs etc. outside.

Ocean front Breakers 219 was a great place to stay! The condo was modern, clean, and had a great view of the ocean. The beach was steps away from the condo. Coligny Plaza is across the street from Breakers. The plaza has shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and a grocery store. My sister and I parked our car when we got there and didn’t use the car again until we were leaving, that’s how close everything was to us. Our gracious host, Jeannie, was wonderful! She checked to see if we arrived safely and was available if we had any issues or questions. I can honestly say we didn’t need to contact her because everything was perfect. Even the weather was perfect! We will definitely stay in this condo again.
