房間很大，明亮，通風好。

入住當天大門門禁壞了，無法照入住通知Email裡說明的方式進入。沒有前台，電話聯繫英語不通。Staff 人很好，但無法即時溝通。只有電話，What's App 無法加好友，又無法用英語，讓我們遠道而來卻像熱鍋上的螞蟻，推著行李箱在門口吹風從下午一點多等到快三點半。。。實在無法說是好的體驗～ 另外，電熱壺水垢多到不行，完全不想用～

The apartment is well located

The apartments are student studios and are very basic for the price, no cooking utensils,.... And dirty. No real attention to detail and extremely complicated check in.

Residence is situated 5 min walk away from Annemasse train station, which is super convenient to quickly get to Geneva. The room was spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. Easy check in, all required information was sent in advance. Many shops, bars and nice bakeries nearby - very centrally located. Good value for money, especially for Geneva region.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, but the window of my room was facing the terrace, which was on the same floor. if the window is open, then technically anyone from the terrace can get in the room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, so it was necessary to keep the window open from time to time. The area (like Annemasse in general) is not very safe, especially late in the evening. Stayed in this room alone for more than a week, and did not feel very safe. Also, there was no soap, shampoo or shower gel and wifi did not work very well.

Not good for summer vacation because if you'd the kitchen it's like 40c

very hot in the room, no climatisation. Couldn't open window, because there was a terrasse and everybody could look or get into the room. Don't recommend for one person, didn't feel safe
