Nice location and size.

The showers are quite small. With it being hot outside, not having air conditioning.made it a little uncomfortable.

The location of this small appartement is great; The kitchen had what we needed to cook simple dishes. The wifi was reliable;

one of the two bathroom smelled so bad we left the door closed for the whole stay and did not use it at all. the whole apartment, including furniture, strongly smells of cleaning products, like everything has layers of Pine Sol that has never been rinsed. my clothes still smell of the place days after I left and we left the windows open for the whole stay. furniture and decoration feels like it was found in random places and were “good enough”. many lamps are broken and just hanging by the wires the original wifi password given to me on a handwritten piece of paper was incorrect even though Patrizia assured us “I works I tested it”. we asked the owner and it took several hours and had to insist to get an answer. there was no attempt to check if we were ok or needed anything. the place doesn’t feel friendly - it feels like you are renting somebody’s appartement who will do the minimum to get the rent without hassle.

good location, very responsive staff and smooth check in. it has washing machine and pretty clean

doesn‘t have elevator so that we have to carry our big suitcases on the 3rd floor

Lovely little apartment in great location in old part of town. Owner met us when we arrived and had brought an extra fan for us to use. It was very hot when we were there.

No kettle in the kitchen but otherwise equipped ok if you want to cook for yourself. Appt doesn't have AC so did get pretty hot even with windows open but did have 2 fans which helped a bit.

At first, when we arrived, we weren't sure about this place. We were very hot and just arriving to Cinque Terre after a long day of train travel. But as we settled in, we were very pleased. It was the perfect spot for us. We were a group of 6 (1 family of 3, 1 couple, and 1 single woman). The location was awesome, right in the middle of town but down a quiet street where no one bothers you and there is no noise except for the neighbors and other people in your building who also keep their windows open. Overall we loved it!

The breeze was mostly sufficient to keep the home cool, but some fans would be nice. Also more toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. And the trash situation is a whole project! But that seems to be all of Cinque Terre. And if you're only there for a short while, you probably don't have to worry about it.

Quiet location, close to everything. Giovanni was available and helpful. Would definitely go back.
