Mustique 502 is an upscale & Spacious 4 Bedroom Condo In The Coveted Mustique Complex With Breathtaking Views! This is a low-density complex, meaning no long waits on elevators or large crowds at the pools! Located on the 5th floor, this home has all the gorgeous upgrades including Custom Cabinetry, Granite Counter tops, All Stainless-Steel Appliances, Beautiful Tile Flooring, Crown Molding Throughout, Wet Bar, Wine Cooler, and MULTIPLE Balconies to soak up the Amazing Views of the Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico! The Primary Suite entails a King size bed, Jetted Bathtub, Tile Shower, Dual Vanities, and private access to the Main Balcony with views of the Gulf! Guest Bedroom #1, located directly off the kitchen, provides 2 Queen Size Beds and a Private Full Bathroom. Guest Bedroom #2 (or Secondary Suite) boasts another King Bed, private Bathroom with a Spa Tub and Separate Shower, Dual Vanities, and balcony access with exquisite views of Little Lagoon. Guest Bedroom #3 contains a Twin Over Full Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle Bed, and a Twin Daybed. This rom also has a connected Private Bathroom with a tiled shower, and private access to the Little Lagoon facing Balcony. There is even a 1/2 bath in the hall if needed. This Complex has it all! Watch the kiddos from the Relaxing Hot Tub getting all that energy out in the Zero Entry Swimming Pool. Steps away from the outdoor pool area you will find a private pier extending out over the Little Lagoon. Rainy day? No problem! Take them to the Heated Indoor Pool! You will also find a spacious Fitness Center with a Sauna and a Steam Room. There is also deeded beach access to the "Greatest Beach On Earth" directly in front of this complex! Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant. All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking. No Pets. No Smoking. 14 Night Maximum. No Monthlies Must be 25+ to Rent with ID. Parking Passes are $37.50 each with a 2-car limit and are included in your booking. The passes will be placed on the kitchen counter for you upon arrival.

LOVED so many things about this place. Perfect for our son who had just had knee surgery. Right out the car and up the elevator to our condo. Loved having an ice maker in the cabinet. The dining room chairs are plush and comfortable. The beds were all really comfortable and we all slept well. The couches are top of the line. Loved having a pantry versus storing food in cabinets. We will be back!

Perfect location, plenty of room for our large family, and great amenities! We loved the pier/dock and the ramp to the private access beach. It was a huge bonus that there were no stairs which made bringing our wagon and cooler to the beach so much easier! Book it now!! This will be our new go to spot!

We had a lovely time. Our biggest complaint is the bedroom with 2 queens has too large furniture. It needs smaller headboards, no footboards, and small tables on sides and in middle so all folk’s sleeping on the outside can get in and out of bed and have a table to put their stuff on. Some fold up chairs need to be in laundry room so everyone can sit on balcony together.

Property was very nice perfect location. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I felt like they cleanliness was a little less than I would like. We had to wear socks or shoes the entire time or our feet were completely filthy not just sand but dirty. Also, some of the dishes were pretty dirty so we washed everything before we used it. Other than that we loved everything

This condo met all our family needs. It is clean and spacious and located in less crowded area. Kelley Mcfarland is very responsive and excellent to work with. Parking is a bit of an issue due to a limit of two parking spaces per condo. With the condos being four bedrooms we had extra vehicles as family came in from differnt places.

This condo is by far my favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Quiet, easy, and very private. I love having the ease of access to the beach and being away from everything. Will definitely be back again one day.

This rental is perfect for a family getaway. The view from the balcony areas are spectacular. There is a balcony view for the beach and a back balcony for bay view. The sunsets are amazing on the bay. The condo is very clean with plenty of room for the kids to play. I appreciate the amenities provided in the condo. You also get access to a very nice pier for fishing. The beach is a two minute walk across the street. Highly recommend!

Great property with new carpet and very clean. Lots of work is being done around the property and the pool was broke for a couple of days but those were minor items. Overall, we had a great stay!

The rental was in a great, low key location. It was roomy and well stocked. We were disappointed in the oven and the dirty tile floors. We had to hand wipe them and the paper towels were filthy. The carpets were stained and need to be cleaned. Two of the bathrooms did not have toilet tissue when we checked in. The door in the bunkbed room leading out onto the balcony did not lock. We had to pile the outdoor furniture against it since this was the room the children were staying in. We had trouble when the main tv lost signal on Friday but when we called the response was immediate. We appreciated that. Overall, some updates neeed to be made and cleaning could be better. I do not want this posted online. I would prefer that the owners handle this privately, because, overall, it was a good property.

We had such a great time relaxing and enjoying both the beach and the bay. We enjoyed all the marine life, sunrises, and sunsets. The property was well supplied and comfortable. The only negative is the carpet could use a good cleaning. At some point there must have been a pet in the place even though are no pets allowed.

The arrival instructions need to be updated as the elevator is not marked with “A” but “R” sending us looking for the front office for help. But there isn’t a front office. Property Mgr Kelly was very patient and helpful thru ALL my phone calls. I’d offer to management that some type of black-out curtains for 3/4 of the rooms would greatly improve nap and sleeping-in options. Limited parking was our biggest problem. We spent the first few days trying to locate safe off-site parking options for our 3rd car. That it was at the far end of peninsula was an inconvenience since we had 5 out of 11 people in car seats leaving no room for everyone in two cars. For the price of the rental we felt that an option to buy a third parking pass at the condo would’ve been helpful. There seemed to be empty spaces most hours of the time. Kitchen needs more bowls, spoons, and pots for cooking at the rental. All in all, great place. Great time was had by all. Having beach and pool for little ones was great!
