Speaking of amenities, we've supplied a set of custom Cornhole boards and a professionally designed and installed putting green to get the competitive juices flowing. You can also slide into the game-room and challenge others on the foosball table, or get your 80's arcade experience on the retro video-gaming console. When all the play-time has your appetite screaming, fire up the grill and dine pool-side on our covered dining area complete with a 55" HDTV. Prime Location: Sunkissed and Salty is steps, not blocks or even minutes, to the beach. It's less than a full block to the sand. When you have to venture out, highly popular Anna Maria establishments Ginny's & Jane E's, The Sandbar, The Donut Experiment, The Waterfront and historic City Pier are all within 2 miles north. Just to our south, Publix (island's best grocery store), Beach Bistro, Eat Here, The Doctor's Office (amazing cocktails), and Skinny's are also within 2 miles. Notice a trend? Functional Layout: Sunkissed & Salty spans 2915 sq ft and two levels with all bedrooms, living, and indoor dining areas on the elevated level. The ground level provides extra space for gaming and relaxing. There's also a Murphy bed for an extra guest or two. Two large primary suites, each with king bed and spa-like en-suite overlook the pool and offer rear balcony access. There's an additional king bedroom with en-suite (shower/tub combo); and one bedroom that offers (2) XL Twins. Perfect for kids or single adults; or they can be adjoined to create a standard king bed – it's your option. A full bath (shower/tub combo) sits directly across the hall. All bedrooms have their own TV's. Our open concept living, kitchen & dining means no one misses out on the fun and lively conversation. Since food is an important element of extended vacations, our kitchen is top-notch by any standard and contains all the cookware, utensils and gadgets to construct meals of any complexity. Off the dining area, a covered balcony offers peeks of the gulf and a place to relax in comfort. We have all the beach & pool supplies handled - from sand toys to beach carts, chairs and towels. Just bring a beach umbrella because it's our experience they have a habit of mysteriously disappearing or breaking. Upon request, we can suggest our favorite beach shade kit and it fits in any luggage.
