The eat-in kitchen provides ample space to cook up a feast, with 3 seats at the peninsula so that meal prep can be a social affair. Dining seating for 4 more people is close by. The bright, open floor plan will draw you naturally towards the living area (with fireplace and large flat screen TV) and expansive balcony. Sliding door access to the balcony in 2 of the bedrooms allows perfectly for indoor/outdoor living, or even just to let an evening breeze flow through. The first bedroom you'll encounter off of the living area features a queen bed and its own TV, as well as views of the south side of the valley and the mountain ranges that Canmore is known for. On the other side of the living area is a den with a bunk bed (twin over double beds), TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. The 3rd and final bedroom is the Master, tucked a little bit away from the living area. This spacious master suite features a king bed, TV, sliding door access to the balcony, and a private en suite with soaker tub. This condo has room enough for everyone to spread out, but has been designed with spaces that bring everyone together. It perfectly suits a family, or friends travelling together.

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5 to enjoy skiing and other adventures in the area! It was clean, fully stocked and in a great location.

This was a great property and the property management company was absolutely the best at communication and had a great sense of humor. We borrowed bear spray and a park pass which was so nice to be able to do. The condo was very clean and everything looked like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. My husband and I traveled with our 4 kids. We had plenty of space, beds were comfortable and we really appreciated having black blinds so our kids would sleep in a bit. The balcony was great to sit out and have coffee with a beautiful view. The kitchen was very well stocked and the condo was incredibly clean. The pool, hot tub, and fitness areas were great too. The location is great and close to everything. We liked Canmore so much more than Banff, but were close enough to do the hikes and excursions in Banff. The responsiveness to anything we needed was remarkable ! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one was one of the cleanest and best host we’ve ever had. I messaged them in the morning that the ice trays had a couple holes and that we accidentally snapped it in half. When we came home that afternoon they had already put new trays in the freezer. We had the best time and highly recommend staying at Stoneridge!

Our family of five stayed here during a trip to the Rockies. The condo served as a wonderful base for our day trips. It had a fully stocked kitchen and was wonderful to cook our own meals and pack picnic lunches for our adventures. The pool was warmer than expected and even though days were in the 60s, we swam in the pool and used the hot tub every day! That amenity was very appreciated! Having two bathrooms was wonderful for our family and we did laundry as well!
The deck had lovely views of the Three Sisters Mountains and we sat outside several nights just enjoying the air. We also used the grill which was in great condition.
Rockies Rentals were great hosts. We borrowed bear spray for free from their main office and returned it the night before we left. They stocked the kitchen with basics like salt, pepper, flour, oil, spices, etc which was also great so we didn't have to buy those essentials. They were very friendly and I would use them again!
My only complaint was that the train came by just across the street very frequently and did wake me up in the morning twice. Keeping the windows open amplified the sound.
Otherwise, we truly had a wonderful stay and would definitely use Rockies Rentals again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The outdoor heated pool and hot tub made for a perfect March stay. The space worked great for our family of five and the location was close to everything. We will be back!

The condo was spacious with plenty of room for my husband and me and our two adult children. (It could have comfortably held more people.) The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked as compared with other rentals. And the beds were really comfortable. Hot tub was great, though the gym was small. Views were spectacular, and there was a herd of elk hanging out below our window one morning. The heated garage was welcome as we’re were there during ski season
It did take the property manager several days to respond to an email (after they didn’t answer the phone). Happily it wasn’t a significant issue (the safe was locked when we arrived).
It would be a bit of a walk to downtown Canmore, but it’s a quick drive. And we found Canmore to be a fun town with easy access to the park.
We would stay there again. — maybe try summer next time.

The condo was perfectly decorated! It had all the ammentities we needed to prepare food in the kitchen, and was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five.

Excellent stay. Wonderful suite and the king bed was super comfortable. I personally loved the heated pool and went swimming every day. The views in this CB particular suite are fantastic with 3 sisters Mountain View's among other mountains out of all of the windows. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much. Jeff

This was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely like to visit this area of the country again and would not hesitate to return to 303 Sunridge. Only complaint (if you can call it that) could not locate complimentary bear spray. Other than that thumbs up all around from our group..

Since we were not a property owned, we had to communicate via VRBO and wait for a response. Some of the items listed in their book in the condo were not totally correct; firestick information was not for use of rental even though book says code will be provided, washer/dryer supplies not present, but all in all unit nice, and had everything we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Canmore. Not knowing the area well, I wondered whether we should have stayed directly in Banff. We were glad we chose Canmore - quaint, plenty of shops and not as busy as Banff. The unit was perfect and exactly as described. Some cons (but nothing that should prevent you from staying!) The fridge had a broken knob to turn up the temperature and we thought it was broken as it did not seem cold. Used tweezers to change the temp and then it worked great. The dishwasher was VERY loud. Everything else was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice. The unit was very clean and they provided starter amounts of everything from laundry soap to spices and cleaning items. The kitchen was well stocked and not overloaded with lots of extra/duplicate items (as is the case with many rentals) This particular unit is one of the best in the whole place. It's on a corner, had a very large deck space and wonderful views. The only area that was not spotless was the deck. But after we swept it up, it was fine. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Our trip to Banff was unbelievable and something we will NEVER forget. Don't miss unbelievable views at Peyto Lake and the Banff Gondola (even though Gondola is popular/busy the views were worth every penny).

The location and view was excellent and was everything we hoped for and more. Very well stocked in the way of kitchen appliances, utensils, glassware and dishes. The odd spice was likely left by a previous guest. Best to bring your own. Will be back!

Very needed getaway
Had a fabulous time in Canmore. The condo was perfect for all our needs, just the right distance from shops and restaurants, then a well needed hot tub at the end of the day!

Très beau condo spacieux et propre. Il était Idéal pour notre famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants. Très grande chambre principale avec une des 2 salles de bain attenante. 2 autres chambres de bonnes dimensions. La cuisine est très bien équipée, et complète. Serviettes de plage fournis. La piscine commune et le spa était très apprécié. Stationnement intérieur. Belle grande terrasse avec vue sur les Rocheuses. Seul bémol est la proximité de la route et une génératrice un peu bruyante à l’extérieur. Emplacement parfait pour rayonner et visiter la région. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour! Nous recommandons

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stoneridge 303 in Canmore. Upon entering, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the Three Sisters mountain range. Luckily, the views could be enjoyed from each and every room. Each of the 3 clean bedrooms had ample space for luggage as well as storage. We especially enjoyed the blackout curtains and comfortable mattress. Our daughters were also thrilled to sleep on the bunk beds. The kitchen was very well stocked, clean and user friendly. We enjoyed sitting and eating at the large island as well as the kitchen table. Both bathrooms were very spacious, well stocked with toiletries and towels. It was also very convenient to have and washer and dryer in the condo, especially after swimming in the building pool. In the evening, we were able to enjoy all the board games that were provided (for all ages) as well as the streaming services. We were also able to enjoy a BBQ on the large balcony as well as sit and relax on the lovely patio furniture. This condo is perfectly centrally located in Canmore. Within minutes, we were close to many restaurants, shops and hiking trails. Upon our return from our daily adventures, we appreciated the convenience of the underground parking that Stoneridge provided. We look forward to staying at Stoneridge 303 again.

Beautiful view and gorgeous accommodations!
The property has a beautiful view of the mountains off the balcony where you can sit and relax comfortably. The accommodations were excellent and the grandkids enjoyed the heated pool.
