Sea Colony - Newly renovated condo in the Edgewater building on the 11th floor close to the elevator. Covered parking and elevator access to unit. Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony of this newly renovated eleventh floor 2-bedroom and 2-bath oceanfront condo! The Edgewater building is Sea Colony's premier building offering a heated indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness facility, a general store, as well as an outdoor pool and baby pool only steps away from a beautiful sandy beach and ocean. Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach, this one-level resort retreat offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. There is also a larger fitness center across the street in the tennis community that offers a basketball court, fully equipped weight and cardio equipment area, indoor and outdoor pool, and a gym where fitness classes are offered(for an additional charge). Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Please respect the no dog or pet policy. Note: All guest four years or over are required to purchase recreation passes to gain access to the complex, beach and recreational facilities. The cost of the 2023 Weekly Guest Badge Fees are: (Per person, per week, ages 4 and over): $50 during the summer period of 6/10 - 9/15. The badges are $25 outside of the summer season. The guest badges may be purchased at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe, located at 33548 Market Place, Unit #4, Bethany Beach, DE 19930. Please note: you must show your rental contract and owner authorization letter when purchasing badges. Badges cannot be purchased without these documents. Linens and towels are not provided and may be rented for an additional fee. Parking Notes: A covered parking space (number 45) is under the Edgewater Building. The condo can be reached without going outside via the center elevator. Sea Colony Parking Permits are required to park in any space on the property. Guests who are visiting must get a permit from the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe in the Marketplace or from the Security Desk in the Edgewater House Lobby when the Beach Shoppe is closed. Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Truly wonderful and beautiful condo! Everything was exactly as the description reads. Waking up to the ocean view and enjoying our coffee was spectacular! The host was wonderful and very quick to respond. We will definitely book this condo again.

The unit was wonderful and the ocean view from the 11th floor was spectacular. It looked just like it did in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs for us to use and some fun games too. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and our stay was great!

This recently renovated apartment had a wonderful fully appointed kitchen with all new appliances and almost every item desired. The apartment was tastefully decorated, the beds and furniture really comfortable, and had lots of storage space. The view was spectacular (although other lesser properties we've rented in Edgewater always had that) which made the rainy days we had almost enjoyable. The center of town is less than a mile away and an easy walk. The owner quickly answered both my emails and phone calls and was very helpful.

This unit is nicely appointed, newly renovated and very comfortable. 24 hour views of the ocean. We enjoyed the whole Sea Colony experience as well. This was our 1st time to any of the Delaware beaches, drove up and down to the other towns and Bethany Beach is our favorite. We will definitely return.

What a lovely condo this is! The renovation done by the owners was really top-notch, and all of the furniture and appointments were very comfortable and nice. We had two questions over the course of our stay, and John responded right away both times. The terrace overlooking the pool and the beach was the best part - having coffee and listening to the ocean every morning was just perfect.

My family and I had an amazing week in this unit of the Sea Colony. The condo was immaculate and the owners thought of everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had everything for cooking in, (❤️ the Keurig for morning coffee on the balcony!), nicer bathrooms than ours at home, beach chairs, brand new appliances, toys and so much more. Even though it was only two bedrooms, it was very spacious for our family of 4. In addition, the owners were easy to reach with any questions and they were super accommodating. We will definitely be going back to the Sea Colony, but only if we can get this unit again. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It was our first time at Sea Colony and our stay was wonderful. Perfect for a family with small children. Lots to do even in the rain (indoor pool, tennis). You can walk to so many places without even getting in your car for the week! The condo was impeccably redone and so clean. The pictures of this view don’t do it justice. I was blown away when I walked in. We will definitely be back!
