Full house rental! No longer just an apartment. Sleeping up to 9, this lake house offers 3 formal bedrooms, plus sofa bed in the common area, formal dining and living rooms, a well-appointed kitchen on main and a second one in the basement, a swimming pool with a large deck, a hot tub, amazing lake views, and a private dock with a ladder to get in and out of the water. A patio off the basement, BBQ grills, fire pits, a level walk to the shore and dock in deep water make this lake house unique on this lake. Nestled in the quietest part of lake Lanier, this jewel of a lake house gives immediate access to big water. You can bring your own boat and dock or rent one from us. Athens Boat Club is within minutes by boat so that refueling is never a stressful experience. Want a soirée grilling by the swimming pool? Or simply enjoy the sunset in the pool with family and friends? Or soak in the hot tub? All in the most secluded and private of settings? We got your back. In addition, the circular driveway offers plenty of parking for our guests.

This property is lovely in every way. Jane the owner could not be any friendlier and Ray the manager went above and beyond. Can't recommend this place enough

I had not realized that it was an extra charge to use the pool.
Over all was clean but it’s basically a basement apartment and I felt the effects as I believe there is mold.
The location was amazing but the grounds were not usable as the dock in the water needs a complete over haul. Dangerous!
Also no way to access the water as the dock was in need of repairs and there was no stairs to get onto beach area.
Didn’t have much to cook with, also no grill grate cleaner or any scraper of any kind.
Over all nice place but needs some much needed attention in certain areas.

My husband I took a weekend to celebrate his birthday. It was a very nice and comfortable place. We cooked our meals and used the grill it was great. Nice view of lake and we swam in the lake as well. We totally enjoyed this property. We were greeted with bottle of champagne cooling in an ice bucket and nice card saying happy birthday. Highly recommend!

My husband and I rented this lovely home terrace apartment for a birthday getaway at Lake Lanier. The location and views of the lake are spectacular! Jane and Ray are wonderful host and surprised me with chilled champagne upon our arrival to our rental. The terrace suite is very spacious with lovely antiques and a personality of its own. The hosts offer many unique touches which make the space feel elegant and classic. We enjoyed use of the grilling area and lake boat dock as well. We will definitely consider renting the space again for future visits to the lake!

Quiet and private. Easy walk to deep dock. Antiques in house almost take you back to better days. Would rent again.

Clean, nice comfortable single bedroom apartment with Lake access. Property manager was very responsive, easy to work with, and made everything smooth. No lake view from the general TV area/living room but through kitchen window and when outside at the firepit. Rustic outside. Quiet.

The apt is bigger than it looks. It’s a lower level apt, very private, right on the lake, and what a view! I arrived quite late and the directions are tricky, but Ray guided me in like an air traffic controller! The bed, mattress, & linens were PURE LUXURY. If you’re coming for the N. Ga Revival, this place is only 9 min from the church. Perfect for 2-4 people. The bathroom is big and 2 can use the sink & mirror at the same time. The kitchen is huge, with every appliance you could want. My cell phone reception was poor but their internet worked great. Very clean and cozy! I’ll definitely stay here again!

Property was a little hard to find on the first night - so would have been a lot better if we could have arrived in the daylight instead of trying to find it in the dark. Apartment was large, clean and the kitchen had lots of counter space which we didn't actually use. There were apple glasses and wine glasses, but we would have like a few more coffee cups and better lighting throughout the apartment. All in all, we found the visit to be pleasant and to meet our needs for this trip.

Amazing apartment with gorgeous lake view
Ray the property manager could not have been more helpful! The place was clean, immaculately and tastefully furnished and lacked for nothing. The owner of the property lives upstairs but there is ample private outdoor space just outside the apartment with your own grilling area and fire pit. The swimming pool is on higher level where the home owner lives but can be rented for private use. The home owner Jane is incredibly friendly and generous. Cannot say enough about this wonderful get away.
