Located in Seabrook Island, this attractive house for $1,222 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The home is located on Jenkins Point, a special place unto itself, nestled among the marsh and tidal creeks; the natural beauty of Seabrook Island surrounds you. In addition to 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the house has a large, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of common space, an office and game area. The front porch is furnished with comfortable sitting areas and a low country swing, offering a view of the wooded property. The back porch is screened with a dining section and sitting area with comfortable lounge chairs. Each bedroom has a new, smart TV as does the game room and the central family room. Amenity cards, giving access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included. These cards give you access to the Beach Club's ocean front pool(seasonal), Pelican Nest outdoor restaurant/bar(seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, tennis, and equestrian center. Additional fees are charged for all activity except outdoor pool usage. The amenity card also allows access to the Lake House facility--outdoor pool(no fees); indoor pool/fitness center(fees apply). Perfect for golf groups or families traveling together. 5 minute drive to the beach and pools.

Checking in was not smooth. Even though we pre-registered, the QR code did not initially work...then we were okay. We traveled to the address listed to find a mailbox. There was no drive and no walkway. Somebody forgot to tell us that you have to enter the property from a completely different street and address. Not a great thing to have to figure out at 10 pm after traveling all day in a very very dark neighborhood with no lights on at our destination. The lock box was not by the door that you enter. The security system was beeping at us as we entered. another sorce of stress with no warning. There was no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. There was not enough cutlery for a day of use. The neds wer mostly comfortable. The fireplace was not operational.

There was plenty of room for everyone and the house had a nice layout for our group of 8 adults, 1 teen and 3 kids under 10.
The property manager was quick to answer questions and help us arrange gate passes and amenity cards.

This home was perfect in many respects. The layout and amenities were much appreciated. We have vacationed at Seabrook eight time and this kitchen was the best equipped rental. We liked it’s location and made fun memories with our children and grandchildren. If the bed in the Master bedroom were replaced (as it is very worn), it would be hard to imagine how our time there could have been lovelier.

We spent a month in this charming and comfortable home. We temporarily converted two of the guest rooms into make-shift home offices and worked remotely for the month. We enjoyed the walkable and bikeable area, the easy and scenic drive into Charleston, and the many choices of activities within a one-hour drive of the house. Our two dogs were with us and settled in quite easily - lots of resident dogs on this part of Seabrook. Lynn, the property manager, was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this home to all!

The past 2 Christmas my wife and sons have travel to SC to spend the holiday on Seabrook Island. This year, our extended family decided to come, so we needed a place for 10 individuals.. so we went with 2624 Jenkins Pt. No issues at all. Pre coordination with Lynn was a breeze, detailed and concise. Excellent location. Plenty of space for the entire family. House was clean. Numerous amenities and games to keep everyone occupied. Only negative was the freezing temps, but it’s nothing we could do about that. Definitely would stay here again!

Interior pictures don’t do the home enough justice… very open and spacious…we were pleasantly surprised. We loved having the garages for our vehicles and a place to park our rented LSV and bicycles. The back screened in porch was great, the dining table was our standard dining space. The front porch swing bed was our escape space for reading and chilling . We hope to get an opportunity to return.

We had a great stay at this home. Plenty of room for all of our family. Very peaceful and quiet part of Seabrook Island. We enjoyed riding bikes in the area and the beautiful marsh views nearby. Just a short golf cart ride away from the beaches of Seabrook Island. Lynn was great to work with.

Loved the very classy, clean and well stocked home we rented in Seabrook Island. It fit our family perfectly. Lots of room outside and inside. It was a great beach but wish it was closer because we thought parking would be a problem with our need to drive multiple people.

This house had a great location nestled in the Jenkins point area of Seabrook Island. Overall the stay was great but we did find some issues with the house. The second day we were at the house, we noticed a water leak in the living room coming from one of the upstairs showers which caused the living room couch to be wet. We also noticed that most bathroom floor mats and carpets were dirty and needed to be washed. The screen door to go outside to the backyard is also broken which is very dangerous since there are 10+ foot alligators 20 yards away. Please be aware if you have small dogs and do not let them off the leash. There was also No outside lighting for safety purposes and small lights on stairs do not light until very late ~10pm. Owner should look to improve the condition of the house before listing it again for future guests.

Fantastic house
The house was amazing. We had a party of 12 ages ranging from 6 to 43. There was plenty of space for everyone.
The front porch swing was my favorite part.
The only thing missing was beach accessories. Only 4 chairs were provided but this wasn't listed in the description so we assumed that there would be enough to accommodate the max number of guest. We didn't bring ours from home expecting there to be enough.
