The staff was amazing!
Bed was super uncomfortable!

Staff was friendly
The beds were super uncomfortable and the noise level was bothersome with two littles

The beds & bedding
The bathroom ceiling above the toilet was discolored by a toilet leak above, the shower stall was moldy, the water continued to pour from the tub faucet when the shower diverter was engaged, wasting water
The opening in the wall for the shower pipe was not closed, the sink faucet was not working properly allowing one to control temperature or volume of water. Our feet & socks were filthy from walking on the room floor. The room was so sparsely furnished that we had to put our belongings on the floor.

The room was not clean. The bathroom door had a hole in it. There were cob webs on the ceiling. The floor had holes in it. The door to the outside was very dirty on the inside. The room did not look like the picture advertised.
The room like I said above. The plug did not have a cove on it. The covers for the lights were damaged. The room overall just looked dirty

didn't have breakfast there
nothing really, for the short time I was there for

Horrible! Popcorn ceilings, electrical issues not to code, dirty floors, dated everything. My room was listed as a “Queen Suite.” What a joke! DO NOT STAY HERE!

it was clean and a good location for our plans we had made
the drunk and loud people in the hall of our building

The service and the location
Needs some upkeep… the bathtub was badly corroded and someone could get hurt on the open edges. Also the ceiling in the bathroom needs attention.

location itself was loud. hotel is overpriced with no benefits when compared to most of the others on our trip

Nothing much to like.
No breakfast offered. Location was very bad(next to an active train track; tight turn off of access street that was difficult with a hauling trailer). Room had one cafeteria-like chair in it.

The price was good
There was a very bad cleaning chemical smell that was very powerful and overwhelming. It made me feel very sick. We couldn't even open the windows to let fresh air in.
4.0
it had a bed
The room had a very weird set up. No lights next to the bed but lights right next to the TV. A huge open space that could’ve had a chair or something to put our suitcases on but was just a big open area.

No breakfast easy on and off I90
Blonde receptionist was super nice, even made us bikers a fresh pot of coffee

beds were really uncomfortable

There was no breakfast. The place was clean enough but in poor repair. The furniture was literally falling apart, the bed was soft and worn out, and even the shower was the minimum, lacking even a shelf for shampoo. There wasn't even a toilet paper roll holder--you just had to put the roll on the floor.
The place was also shockingly overpriced. I have gotten better lodging for a fraction of the price in third world countries. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Steer clear!

James at the front desk was unbelievably helpful and had booked us a room with a jacuzzi tub in the room since we were the first of the late night reservations to check in.
One thing we didn’t like specially was the light fixture above the head of the bed was not fully bolted into the wall.
