Vacation in the lap of luxury at this showstopping oceanfront estate. This brand new home features 7 spacious bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and ample living space. The beautiful kitchen and dining area is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for meals. After dinner you can head over to the comfortable living area to watch your flat screen TV, or maybe wander out to the oceanfront deck space to take advantage of the fabulous views and go for a dip in the sparkling infinity pool. No need to chose between the beach and the pool- at Sea Star you can enjoy the beach from the pool! The house comes with a private Concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! Your concierge can assist with booking beach chair rentals, organizing grocery delivery, and anything else you might need for the perfect beach vacation. The concierge will be your primary point of contact during your vacation should you need anything. Every bedrooms features a private, en suite bathroom. The main floor boasts three bedrooms - including the first floor master bedroom. The master bedroom offers unparelled views of the ocean with private deck access, a king bed, expansive walk in closet, and flat screen TV. The en suite master bath has a large walk in shower and separate soaking tub. The two additional bedrooms on the main floor both hold queen beds with flat screen TV and private access to the front porch. The first of two laundry rooms is on this level, just off of the garage entrance. Meander up the staircase or take the elevator to the second floor to find four additional bedrooms and the billiards room. The two oceanfront suites feature king beds, private oceanfront balcony access, and en suite bathrooms. The two other bedrooms offer private access to the second floor front porch and flat screen TVs. The first of these two bedrooms has two queen beds and an en suite bathroom while the second of the two bedrooms has one queen bed and a private bathroom. Via the door to the second laundry room, find the stairs to the third and final floor at 'Sea Star'. This third floor media room has everything you need for a relaxing movie night! Exceptional oceanfront views from inside or from the porch, a large sectional sofa, bean bag chairs, a mini fridge, large TV with Sonos, and a half bath. **THIS PROPERTY INCLUDES A CREDIT TOWARDS BEACH GEAR W/ A STAY OF 4-14 NIGHTS** This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is a smart home device that measures decibel levels and ensures privacy compliance, as it does not listen or record any audio.In the event that the noise level exceeds the set limit, you will receive a friendly reminder text message asking you to turn the noise down. This is to help you avoid any violations that could result in a fine of $1087 per day from the Isle of Palms Police Department, along with significant penalties for the homeowner

This is a magnificent home and we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub in the early morning hours as we watched the sun come up. The kitchen was fully stocked to make amazing meals and we also hired a private chef for our party of 10 on the weekend. This home was built for entertaining and we loved every minute of our stay. When we initially booked this property we didn’t know that the home comes with a concierge. Our concierge, Tyler, was attentive and immediately addressed all our questions. The views of the sea from the living room sliders was absolutely incredible. Our family had an amazing stay and will be back!

10/10 beach house
Each morning your hardest decision will be whether to walk the short private path to the beach, or jump in the pool. This house has it all--sand volleyball, ping pong, pool table, amazing kitchen and games galore! It's in the perfect location, and was large enough to accommodate our large family. Definitely recommend staying at this property!

Perfect Extended Family Trip
First of all, the house was even more gorgeous in person! If you’re looking for a “wow factor,” this is the house for you!
We celebrated my husbands 60th with 3 generations. Everyone loved the layout of the house, the privacy of the bedrooms with on suites. the views, and the location! We could not have picked a better place!
Tyler, our concierge was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! He even got balloons, stocked the house with our grocery/ spirits order, helped with reservations, photographer and even a chef to make this birthday celebration the best it could possibly be. Book now! This house/ location is perfect for fun - close enough to Charleston and remote enough to relax on the beach and had incredible concierge service from Tyler. We will be back!

Excellent for older family members
We chose this house for the family atmosphere and elevator which was important for the great grandparents.
We had several family members of all ages, and this was a perfect place for us.
We walked the beach daily, had a fire in the fire pit, played on the back lawn (children learning to play T-Ball), collected sea shells, and grilled steaks for a birthday dinner.
Overall, there was plenty of space and the elevator in conjunction with the master on main with a walk/roll in capable shower (no grab bars) with a bench was what my grandfather needed who uses a Walker.
An incredible set of memories for the week we spent here leading up to our cousin’s wedding.

Beautiful Vacation Home inside and out!
This is a beautiful well equipped, perfect location vacation home. The owners thought of everything just right. Each room has it's own bathroom, pool table room, bonus hang out room up stairs, "2" washers/dryers, huge entertaining kitchen area, pool/hot tub volley ball court, and fire pit...right on the beach. Perfect! Tyler, was available anytime needed. Best concierge! There was nothing bad to say about this house...just want to point out how wonderful Tyler was with communication...the blender didn't work and he had a new one delivered to the house within a few hours. Spot on! This property is worth every penny! You will not be disappointed! Hope to be back!

Not only was the house beautiful and location private and perfect, the house was very well appointed with everything necessary! None of us wanted to leave! This home is perfect for one or two families traveling together or several adults. Tyler was easily accessible via text, email, or phone and made our stay very easy. Beautiful House Hot Tub Has Issues
I stayed with 7 other girlfriends at this property. It’s absolutely gorgeous and leads out to a nice beach. The hot tub never got hot though after several daily communications and attempts by the property manager. It was finally fixed on the last dat but then was too hot to get in so basically useless. Overall the house was a great with just a few minor issues. If you don’t care about the hot tub, it is a great place to stay.

The house itself is beautiful- everything we wanted & needed. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that were very frustrating. The pool heater & the hot tub heater never worked properly. This went on for the first 3 days. The final solution was to heat only one at a time so we were always waiting for the opposite to heat up. The Sonos system never worked (no music) & the WiFi is non existent. Those who needed to check into work had a terrible time trying to get on their computer as well as tv was always cutting out. These are problems we addressed with Tyler, but they were never fixed during our week long stay.
We had a stormy night & the doors in the 2 master bedrooms kept blowing open because they didn’t close properly which scared us in the middle of the night. The bike chains holding the doors closed didn’t work - but we finally realized why they were on the doors. We also got there on a Tuesday to find the garbage cans overflowing with garbage. It was severely overflowing at the end of our week stay to the point that it stunk - gross & unsanitary.
The house is a definite 5 star vacation rental. My suggestion to the property owner would be to go visit your property. It’s a shame when such a beautiful property starts to show wear - lightbulbs missing/burnt out, door knobs ripped off doors, doors broken, floors completely scratched from the chairs having no pads, etc. I would recommend this house - hopefully someone will read this & take care of the issues I stated.

Amazing Stay!
We had a wonderful time on our stay. The house and view are even better than the pictures! The home was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials.
Tyler made check in seamless and had the garage open for us on arrival since it was raining. We had one minor issue with heating the spa, but someone was sent out right away to help us with it.
We highly recommend this home and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful, Comfortable Retreat for a Perfect Happy Weekend
We just spent 4 perfect days and nights at Sea Star over Easter/Passover weekend celebrating our son's 30th birthday and his engagement to his love of 13 years! Sea Star is beautifully and tastefully decorated (with a lot of gorgeous Serena and Lilly furniture) and thoughtfully laid out so that our group of 14 always felt comfy and could be together while we ate, played games, and relaxed. The whole back of the house which spans your entire living space and 3 of the bedrooms has windows and balconies facing the ocean. We were so happy that we made arrangements to heat the pool which is on the deck off of the living room. The weather was a bit chillier than we expected, but hanging out in the warm pool/hot tub and soaking in the sun from the deck was divine. The kids (our 20 somethings and now 30) played bocce ball and corn hole on the vast back lawn which led down to the ocean on a sand pit that was perfect for outdoor games. Sadly, we never got to use the fire pit because we spent our evenings eating our way through Charleston's scrumptious restaurants and came home too late and too lazy to set up a fire. Every bed was really comfortable. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen is huge and well equipped which made our breakfast/brunch, lunch and appetizer forays really fun and easy! We had fun playing pool on the second floor and "the kids" used the 3rd floor TV Room for watching Game of Thrones and late night movies.
Another highlight of our trip was taking a sunset cruise on the Kismet, owned and operated by Charleston Private Yacht Charters. We highly recommend treating yourselves to a sail or boat ride with this company.
Lastly, We want to give a shout out to Tyler Haag, our Concierge Extraordinaire, who helped organize rental beach chairs, umbrellas, corn hole and a golf cart. Tyler was so accessible and gave great suggestions about ideas to make the weekend run seamlessly and, most importantly, was available all weekend to help with a few requests and questions we had. Thank you Tyler!!!!!
If you are lucky enough to rent this lovely house don't hesitate for a second. We will be back next year if we can work out a date that works for our crew who live all over the place at this point in their lives.

Vacation of a Lifetime!
The house is incredible - exactly as pictured. Our group of thirteen stayed for four nights and we had an amazing time. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, and also to get away for quiet time. The views, beach and pool are the stuff dreams are made out of. The nicest home we have ever stayed at!

Absolutely beautiful house with total attention to detail
The management company was also exceptional, responding in minutes to any request... the house is truely amazing. One recommendation would be to add more photos... the media room on the top floor was a nice surprise and the pool table with ocean view was a big bonus. We really loved the easy to use sound system throughout the house also.

Enough bedrooms for 11 of us and the elevator was a plus for luggage. The hot tub and pool with our own private access to the beach was amazing. One of the few properties that had both.

Amazing House Must Rent.
We rented this house for a birthday celebration for 12 people. I must say this house is really amazing for the amount of people we had staying there. We planned on going out a few times to Charleston, but loved the house so much we ended up staying there the entire time. Dunes Properties staff was always there to help with any questions about the house via call or text. I already want to plan another trip to this location again.
