We had a great stay with our family. The place was just what we needed and it was nice to have the kids downstairs in the twin beds. They thought it was very cool. I loved that we were able to use the resort pool as well, that was definitely a must. Thanks for helping us create memories!

I slept very well in the comfortable loft bed and was surprised by the well stocked kitchen. I would have liked some Tupperware to store leftovers or plastic baggies. Great view of the woods leading to the ski run from our windows. Wood was placed inside by the fireplace and is available in the shed outside. I also liked the ceiling fan above the loft bedroom to circulate the air. The condo was clean but for the expensive cleaning fee, it should be cleaner and needs to be deep cleaned a couple times annually. When I turned the ceiling fan to "high" globs of dust bunnies were thrown off it and scattered throughout the room. They littered my clothes, bed, carpet. Also, the cleaners need to do the edges of the floors once in a while. It was dirty around the edges in some places and a piece of green candy (M&M?) was in the track to the patio door under the throw rug. Super easy check-in. Good communication. The condo was good but for us, the fees are excessive. When looking for a place, because there was only 2 or possibly 3 of us, I picked one with a lower price point but after all the fees it ended up being over double than just the room charge for a 2 night stay. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths it might be worth it if you need all the space or are staying longer. Beware of the fees/total costs if you don't need all the room. We didn't use the pool or hot tub in the community area. I heard they were nice.

This place was so clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the ski in/out access as it was super convenient to stop back for lunch. The wood burning fireplace was so nice to relax in front of after a long day of boarding. This was so close to LutZen Spa and the North Shore Winery, both of which I highly recommend. It was also just a short hike up to the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Easy access for skiing and the three levels were great for having a few teenagers along. condo is very well-stocked.

We had a great time, and the location was perfect for our short ski getaway. Everything was as described and the location was perfect being ski-in and ski-out. The communication was great and we didn't have any issues. We definitely will be back.

Great property to enjoy a few days at Lutsen ski hill

This was a great property for our sister hiking weekend! Great location!

First off I would like to thank Chris for his willingness to try to work with us on some of the problems we had. Our stay was during a big foot race and this happened to affect our parking situation. Chris tried to remedy it to no avail so we were out our parking spot. This seems to be an issue with the association more so than the condo owner. The condo was not clean to my standards. Wrapper and food items and dirt on the floor. Again, Chris was able to work with me on that issue and refunded a portion of the cleaning fee. He explained that it was a new cleaning company and I know right now it is hard for people to find anyone to work let alone good employees so it was somewhat understandable. Overall the place itself is somewhat run down but if the cleaning was improved that would make a big difference.

Property was as advertised, very clean and well furnished! Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Host also helped us retrieve some belongings my son left behind which was much appreciated!

It is a nice property with quick access to fun activities. It was a short walk to the pool. Temperance River was pretty close. We also played at the Onion River.

This property was exactly what my family and I needed. Close to lots of activities, property was clean, communication was very good! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!

Great place to stay when skiing Lutsen Mtn. Ski in/ski out access. Pool and hot tub a short walk away. Very responsive ownership and clear communication. Would definitely rent again.

My husband and our friends thoroughly enjoyed this condo at Lutsen Ski Resort. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Check-in and check-out directions were easy to follow. Would stay here again.

Great property and perfect for a ski weekend.

My husband and our teenage boys stayed at this wonderful property. They loved the accommodations, ease of getting on the slopes for snowboarding, and watching the State High School hockey tournament by the beautiful fireplace! They will definitely be back!!!

Chris was an excellent communicator and super responsive! It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and the ski in ski out access was very convenient. The pool was a short walk and was great for our kids (age 2-10). We had a fantastic ski trip.

A group of 8 of us(6 adults, 2 children) stayed here for a weekend of skiing. It truly is a ski-in and ski-out with a wonderful location. The host was very responsive and helpful. This place has everything thing you need and dish imaginable. The floor plan of this property was very well thought out and we felt we had plenty of room. We would definately stay here again.
