Great location with easy access to the Soulard area. Property manager was quick to respond to any issues we ran into upon arrival. However we would not recommend the property for families. There is an apartment above and whenever the person staying there would walk around it would echo horribly with the vaulted ceilings, waking up the baby.

What a super cute place. Totally updated and comfortable. Close to everything. We truly enjoyed our weekend.

My son and I needed a place to stay as we traveled from Indy to KC. This was the perfect spot! Great for getting around town (7 min drive to Busch Stadium)! Would highly recommend! Such a cozy home and great hospitality.

Overall impressed with the place! Only issues I can come up with were too many people logged into a Netflix account that we didn't even know we'd have access to and the parking might've been tight if our car had been a large one.

What a cool place and area just south of downtown St. Louis! Great stay!

This is a great house in one of our favorite neighborhoods in St. Louis. It's close to everything--within sight of the A-B Brewery and a quick walk to Soulard restaurants and music. The flat is spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and stylishly painted and decorated. The bedroom has great views and a comfortable king bed.

Hubby & I stayed here to ring in the New Year and it was perfect! Exactly as described, with thoughtful additions to the amenities. We were only here a few days, but for longer visitors, the on-site laundry with provided pods/dryer sheets are a great offering. The furniture and decor are beautiful and just as pictured. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious, and dimmable lighting is a nice touch. We had an adjacent view of the brewery holiday lights. Ideal location for taking Uber/Lyft to downtown events and easy to navigate area. We will definitely return.

Wife and I had an amazing, 3 night stay here in the Lou! Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was right inside and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Anytime we come back to St Louis, we will be staying here! Thank you!

We came for the weekend to visit friends nearby. We had everything we could need and more. The place was beautifully furnished with a nice large shower and very comfortable master room (which also provided a weighted blanket)! We were able to get around Soulard very easily when we were walking or driving. Everything was so close! We would definitely stay again!

Really nicely appointed place - loved the washer/dryer on site. Free parking was awesome. Overall a very easy stay.

I set up some visiting family friends in this property. They said it was clean and comfortable. It was incredibly easy access to most everything you’d like to do in STL.

You’ll love this St. Louis place for a long weekend or an even longer stay! The place is tastefully decorated and has thoughtful touches throughout. We would love to return anytime we are in St. Louis!

My gosh so much to explain. The home screams of luxury, from the granite counters, high end appliances, lovely furniture, and an immaculate large bedroom. We were able to get good rest, enjoy the very large Tv (we watched a musical), and enjoy all the amenities within the property. The shower and bathroom were perfect, from the flooring to the subway tile. Every detail was that of a home one would want to live in. We were in close proximity of the Soulard Farmers market, restaurants and pubs. Many options for food to be delivered also. I and my partner cannot say enough good things about Jon’s hospitality towards us and the fact this place was so well put together. Literally the best VRBO or the like, experience in all my travels. I mean all these words with sincerity. I was treated like family and I appreciated this place. Thank you.
