About this house rental
Nestled in Dauphin Island, this charming house for $755 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Newer Construction with awesome Gulf Views (house is angled on the lot for the best views of the Gulf). Only steps to the beach! Approximately 1900 sq. ft. of living space. Beautiful "wood plank" tile throughout the house, lots of windows and furnished in a contemporary style. This home has 2 large decks (upper AND lower deck with shower). Home has great amenities like a 60" smart TV and DVD player in the living room. All bedrooms have 40" smart TVs. Dish network and WiFi are provided. Indoor washer and dryer. Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, center island and is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The two Gulf-facing bedrooms both have king beds, private baths and french doors to the deck. There is another king bedroom with a private bath and bay view. The bunk room has two full over full bunksets and is next to the hall bath with a bathtub. The bunks are built strong and will support adults. Family board games and DVD collection provided. BBQ grill too! (just bring your own charcoal)

I have been using vrbo every year for 14 years. This has been the best home yet. The layout could not have been better. Kitchen and living area was spacious, all of the mattresses and linen were high quality, the bunk beds were twin size and sturdy for adults. Kitchen was fully stocked. There was even dog food for our dog. Everyone was impressed.

This property is wonderful. This is our second year to stay there and will probably continue to do so. The only thing I can think of that would make this any better if they had an elevator but otherwise it is very comfortable very clean love the view of the water is everything we like so I would recommend it to anyone to stay at his house.

This house is in a perfect location with a very short walk to the ocean. Had plenty of seating on the deck and really comfortable furniture inside. The kitchen has everything you would need. We plan on returning.

Beautiful home!! Loved the open floor concept with a bedroom in each corner. Loved the big covered porch!! Spent a lot of time on porch with dogs with awesome beach views. Can’t wait to return!! Owners were very responsive and on top of everything. What a gem!!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and the view was even better. I noticed a few small things that could have used a little more attention like child hand prints on the curtains, in the cracks of the sofa was dirty , and the beach toys had dead crab parts in them and dirty /old broken beach stuff is just tossed all over the lower deck area but other than that the place was beautiful . The neighborhood was nice, the beach was beautiful . Good parking. The owners were awesome and very helpful! We are already talking about staying again next year!

Ocean Harmony and Dauphin Island as a whole were a delight. Beautiful balcony views, spacious rooms and bathrooms. We loved the open concept living, dining, kitchen area, and have I mentioned the incredible balcony?! The beach was a few steps away and never crowded. We even took our paddle boards across the street and dropped into the bay side easily. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Ocean Harmony
This home easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We could come together to eat and play games but also go to our own corners when space was needed. The location and position of the home was perfect. When the storm rolled through the property was still dry. Watching the boats and rigs at night was so peaceful. It was like seeing sparkling castles on the water. This was the first vacation where I was NOT anxious to get home. I would absolutely stay here again!
The only thing I would recommend when it comes time for updating or sprucing up is to use a satin paint so the walls can be easily wiped clean. The walls were very dirty from previous guests. Also, cleaning staff should pay special attention to under the beds. Tons of sand, dust and candy/food wrappers. Kind of gross but an easy enough fix.
Overall, we loved Ocean Harmony and would recommend it to anyone!

Nice Relaxing Weekend
This place was wonderful! With plenty of space for our toddler and pups to wander and a huge covered porch! We definitely plan to come back next year and stay here! Each room had its own bathroom which was SO nice to not have to bring your toiletries in and out of a shared bathroom.

Our entire party throughly enjoyed this home. The House was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The view of the water was beautiful from the massive deck. Owners were very responsive. Replying quickly to any questions.

Wonderful Vacation
This house exceeded all of our expectations. It is located one lot back from the beach with a nice view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house is clean, modern, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

We were concerned that the two recent hurricanes were going to cancel our stay, but a call to the property manager assured me that all was well and ok for us to head on down. The modern and well designed house helped make our trip an awesome one.

The house itself was great! The only set back was the location of the home. Many houses surround the home making it a little more crowded than we would have liked. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

Perfect week!
We had such a wonderful week at Ocean Harmony! We arrived in the middle of Hurricane Barry, and the folks at DIRE were awesome, patient, and super responsive! The house is awesome - well equipped kitchen, HUGE deck that is mostly covered, and each room has its own bathroom. Our group has been going to the Gulf coast for 3 years now, and this house is as close to perfect as we've had. The only things it doesn't have are an enclosure around the outdoor shower and a stand alone ice maker (but since you're so close to the beach, that wasn't critical at this house). The kid room gets a bit warm at night, but that's the only negative I have. GREAT HOUSE!

The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 little ones and the deck was perfect! It is gated and extremely roomy.
The house is very spacious. The photos online do not show how roomy. So that was a great surprise. We would definitely come back to Ocean Harmony. Thank you for a great vacation.

Super impressed!!
This property is wonderful! It's 2 houses from the Gulf, which is about a 400 ft walk! So close! We have a great view of the Gulf. Compared to many other houses on this island, we had a great amount of beach. The house itself is spectacular! Very clean, very large. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds comfy, the deck and yard space are spacious. The only negative, which is a very small negative, is no sun chairs(reclining) or beach toys.

Secluded and so peaceful. Realtor was quick to respond and very kind!!! We loved the house and the location! Highly recommend this spot for all families!
