Very clean. Beautiful view. Good amenities but be aware all the bedrooms require going down 20+ stars which could be physically hard on some people.

We enjoyed a lazy fall week with our teenage sons, playing games and having a movie marathon with a lovely view. There was one minor hiccup where the kitchen didn’t have a can opener (necessary for part of our dinner) or a corkscrew (despite there being 20 wine glasses in the cupboard). Thankfully the property management company was able to get these items dropped off the next morning, resolving it to our satisfaction.

the home was the perfect base for our PNW adventure! the bay windows were the home’s highlight, from the sunrise to the endless backyard view, thank for you thinking of everything and for creating beautiful memories for our family!

This property is as beautiful as the photos showed, the View of the Puget Sound were great. We relaxed on the deck each morning and even went down to the lower deck, on the water. Thank you,

Clean as a whistle, spacious, comfortable, quiet, great views, friendly neighbors, serviceable kitchen, responsive and communicative property manager accessible kayaks, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly return.

This house was better than expected from previous reviews. It was very difficult to find and Vacasa's instructions are worthless expect for the 'turn at the pink markers" part. Really, do that and then take a hard right. House is 3 down from there on Cedar Cove Rd.
The June 2023 review re the outlets not working has indeed been fixed. The dandelions were still tall and prolific. The rugs do curl and create a tripping hazard. The front porch steps are tall and my husband tripped coming into the house the very first time.
We enjoyed the house and the view. Lots of inside and outside room, lots of deck space, loved the pool table, ping pong and more. In the kitchen, basic Cui9sinart pan set, lots of dishes and flatware, no spices, oil, etc. Cheapest paper towels and TP I have seen, but lots of it. Artwork pleasant but generic. Nothing personal in the house to indicate the "owner" part of VRBO. It was like a condo in that regard.
The beds had thick foam mattresses that tended to roll sleepers to the middle, making it challenging to get out of bed, but easy to sleep and woke up refreshed.
Going down to the waterfront docks was worth the effort and gives a new view of the area. Very pleasant.
Neighbors are working on their homes, so a little construction noise, but not bad. There is also some road noise from Hwy 101, again, not bad.
We would stay here again.

The views are incredible. In a very small town do be prepared to travel for groceries. Food is limited without driving. Geo-ducks great place for food.
Kitchen is very limited in utinizles, kayaks are single riders only. Rooms were comfortable.
Property management does a great job in communication.

This was a beautiful place to stay at for almost a week! Appliances were a little out dated or needed to be replaced (microwave especially) I would say the only down fall was the kitchen didn’t have much stuff other than that the place was amazing!

Property location was on a very narrow road and hard to find. Several neigborhood homes look very unkept and abandoned. Be careful if driving an oversized vehicle there. When we arrived I was surprised to see so many tall weeds in the front. Once you go inside the home the view is breathtaking, so beautiful.
The home itself is very pretty but obviously has had no updates or TLC done in a very long time. It is not as nice as it was advertised.
The wallpaper was torn and hanging in the spare bathroom downstairs. Water to take a shower ran cold in that bathroom, the toilet leaked on floor when flushed. Both the power plugs in the master bathroom didn't work, couldn't use the hairdryer. The heaters and lights didn't work in the master the first night, so it was cold in the room all night. We found the electrical panel the next day and flipped the switch for that, thankfully that helped and we had heat and lights again. Still never had power in the bathroom. The jacuzzi was very nice with a view of the water. The carpets were curled up on edges in both the living room and master bed. Tripping problem with both.
The home needs a serious paint job both inside and all the decking needs serious work.
In the kitchen. Bring your own supplies. The basic staples of a rental home simply aren't there other than what possibly others have left behind. Minimal cooking pots and pans, one good skillet.
Weeds were over a foot tall, you couldn't walk in yard w/o getting wet due to rain.

We had an amazing time at this property. It was a rainy weekend when we visited so we mostly spent it reading books and enjoying the views. The house was clean and warm. The game room was fun and the location was amazing. We had lunch at Hamma Hamma Oysters near by. There are no grocery stores near by so if you plan to cook remember to shop on the way. We didn't but the pizza at the Marina nearby was decent. The house was well stocked but there was no coffee. Luckily the gas station near by had some.
Great place, I hope to come back and rent it in the summer too.

Home and property was amazing along with cleanliness! We were there with my family of 4. With 2 active toddler boys we needed lots of room with options of being indoors or outdoor play… house was perfect but property management had lack of communication through via mail and when we arrived. The keypad was low on battery and we couldn’t get in or contact the management. We had to call the customer service line whom also were unable to reach the management until the 3rd try. So we outside in the rain waiting for about 20-25 mins to get some results. Other then that I would return to the home

Everything is awesome with this house except that there were many small bugs in the kitchen area. I suspect some food/juice was spit on the wall and was not fully cleaned. The bugs are really annoying. We have a baby and I was really concerned about the food being touched by those bugs. Other than that, the house is confortable and beautiful. Kitchen needs upgrade though.

The property is nice. The house is listed to sleep up to 6. We have 6 adults and 4 children. We thought with 3000 sqft hone, it won’t be an issue. The house has 2 king beds and 2 sofa beds. As soon as we checked in, we received the call from the property manager that the owner installed a camera and counted how many people got in. The owner demanded us to leave or will call the police for “eviction”!!! This was night time and it’s a Brinnon a small town. The owner know there is nothing around and wanted us to pay double the rent in order to let us stay. We would have to pay so this won’t ruin our long plan family vacation with our parents and children. We felt be hold hostage and robbed by the owner. The 2 nights stay were not comfortable since we felt there could be other hidden camera(s) in the house. There was no warning sign at the entrance about camera on the premises. We never had any occupancy issue with hotel or other vacation property. Avoid this if you plan have more than 6. It’s a trap to take your money and ruin your vacation.

Our overall stay was great. The house was nice, with beautiful scenery. The beds were really comfortable. There are some fun things to do at the house.
The down sides were that the air conditioning didn't work very well. It would have been nice to have some funs available to help move air from the sliding doors. Since the windows don't open it was hard to get air moving. Also, there was a strange smell, like someone had been smoking in the house prior to us arriving. We also didn't have any clean towels, but then found them in the dryer.
The house is in a pretty secluded area, which was nice and somewhat difficult at the same time.
If we were to visit Washington again, I would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful scenery from every room! Spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. New furniture and appliances throughout house. Plenty of recreational games - pool, ping pong, basketball shooting game inside. We didn’t use but kayaks and fishing too! Oyster heaven on the beach!! Rocky beach and no sand so rough on the feet- bring water shoes.

We had a great time and loved the house. The view is spectacular and we watched the eagles flying over the water.
A few suggestions, mention guests bring wood for fire pit. Have basic seasoning available
In the kitchen. onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil.
The blind in the king bedroom is broken so doesn’t go up and the outlets in the master bath don’t work. It would be nice to have bigger sauté pans in the kitchen and more pot holders. Eventually found one pot holder.
We will definitely love to stay here again!
