Plenty of space to toss a football or play games outside with your friends. If you are looking for a cozy dream house to enjoy on the lake this is the place for you. The Space: It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths newly renovated home with a private pool, hot tub and firepit! Inside you will find open floor plan Inside you will find a large fully stocked kitchen that flows into the living room with plenty of seating for everyone with beautiful views of the lake from each room. Check out the master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and large walk-in closet or the 3 other guest rooms with cozy sleeping space for all. Plus a separate bunk house with two sets of bunks beds, couch with large flat screen TV. Features: • Free WIFI available for all guests • Washer and Dryer available • Modern Stainless-Steel Appliances and Electric Stove • Drip & Keurig Coffee maker • TVs with Roku • Outdoor Kitchen • Gas BBQ Grill • Covered Patio • Lighted Pergola with outdoor seating • Fire-pit • Grassy Lawn • Private Pool • Hot Tub • Lake Access • Jet Ski Ramp • Complimentary Kayak • Lily Pad • Pack and Play available • Giant Jenga • Ladder Ball Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: Master with King Bed en-suite bath - Sleeps 2 • Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - Sleeps 2 • Bedroom 3: King Bed - Sleeps 2 • Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a twin bunk bed - Sleeps 3-4 • Bunk House: Two Bunk Bed Sets and Sleeper Sofa - Sleeps 6-8 ( NO bathroom inside bunk house ) (One bunk set is Twin over Twin beds and Second is Full Over Full Beds) Guest Access: -Guests will have access to the entire home, deck with hot tub, and the bunk house. The Neighborhood: -The Legends golf course - Close to local eatery's - Close to Longhorn Caverns - Close to Inks Lake State Park - Local winery's Neighborhood amenity center including outdoor pool and sports courts. Other Things to Note: In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. We are available via phone, text, email, messaging, or in person if need be. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. There is an external security camera mounted under the carport. All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee. Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!

Our family of 12 came to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The layout was perfect for spending time together. We loved the giant TV in the livingroom for watching football. We played games at the dining room table and the table on the screened--in porch. Everyone loved gatering in the outdoor area. It was perfectly laid out for gathering and we all enjoyed the pool. There was a beautful view of the lake and easy access from the backyard. Wifi access was spotty. The only thing that could make this property better is a dock. Everthing was lovely and clean. I highly recommend this property.

Adorable and spacious lake cottage with everything you need for a relaxing weekend (or longer) retreat with family and friends. We loved the relaxed and kitschy, yet well-appointed style of this place. We are already planning our next visit!

The property was even better in person than in the pictures. Between the outdoor area and direct access to the lake there was always something for the group to do. Very convenient location with an HEB, restaurant/bar, and golf course all located near by. Our group would absolutely recommend the

We had a family vacation of 7 adults and 1 child in August. The house was great, the lake location was amazing, all the water toys the house had was used. Lake access was easy and loved hanging out all day and night on the beautiful deck. We will definitely be back. One of the best vacations we have had.

Upon entering property we all thought how great the pool will be in the TX heat. And view of the lake was beautiful. Outdoor area was great. And plenty of sleeping room for all. We will possibly be back again to Hill Country and LBJ Lake!! Fun was had by all.

Beautiful setting and so many things to do! The Lake & kayaks, the Lily Pad & Pool! Kids has a blast! Kitchen was spacious and easy to use. Beds were comfy & views were breathtaking at all times! Family wants to make this an Annual Event!

The house was well equipped with beach towells and utensils in the kitchen. Great back patio with plenty of room to stretch out. The Bunk room was a great spot for the kids. We had great weather and the neighbors were all very nice.

This house was the perfect place for a siblings trip. From the pool, the view, the bar area. We did bring our own speaker to enjoy outside and there is quiet time after 10 but for the most part we were all drained by 10 and hung out inside and played games. The morning view was amazing. The only thing this place is missing is a fishing dock. That would make this place even more perfect! I will be staying again 😊

We get a house in the hill country every fall, and this was by far our favorite. Beautiful view of the lake, with lots of foliage. The screened porch is great. Very comfortable overall. We’ll be back!

Loved the house and location. We had small issue with the given access code but was quickly resolved. There was plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the pool. It’s a lovely house.

We had our family's annual Christmas In July at the property. The property was great! Easy to find. Easy Check In. A/C worked great. Outdoor spaces and pool were fantastic. We highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and equipped with all we needed.
We wish the detached kids room (with 6 kids in it) had a bathroom so they wouldn’t have to walk outside in the middle of the night to use the bathroom in the house. That didn’t feel safe to us. Other than that, it was great. The host was great and very responsive. we all had a good time!

The property was clean and just like the pictures online. We had a wonderful time. The screened porch was amazing! It was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine :)
