Toccata e fuga, meglio se non soli

Property is horrible

Communication with the property manager was smooth, key pick-up easy.

I booked the place for 3 people 2 adults + 1 child 11 years old. When we got there there was only one double bed!! NO EXTRA linens or towels for the child! He had to sleep doubled up on a tiny little sofa. Booking com should not allow this booking to happen!! It should state at the time of booking “property too small for your party”. The manager said he couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible client service. Booking com was not helpful either. Wifi didn’t work AT ALL.

Stopover in Novara

The building and entrance to the appartment are a bit sketch, but once inside, it is an old but huge appartment. Spacious, with a good bed and good wifi connection. Location very close to train station.

As said, the entrance and building are a bit sketch.

Keep in mind it's close to train station so suroundings are accordingly No soundproof can hear everything whats happening in staircase

Filthy - needs a deep clean Shower has mould (see photo) Oven has grime (see photo) Noisy (not owner's fault) Extractor in shower extremely noisy (Think that's the same for all the flats) Patio area could be so much more Uncared for....needs a lick of paint

The apartment was what we needed and the description described the apartment well

Breakfast consisted of coffee from what we could see. Room was pretty clean and spacious for what it was. Kitchen was clean and coffee machine was very nice too.

Windows were all covered with paper, so we couldn't see anything outside and had no natural light. One window was blocked due to work being done outside. The apartment block and area was very poor. It was dirty in the corridors and on the stairs. There were always many people stood outside the main entrance of the apartment block drinking in the evening/at night, which was a bit intimidating when entering and leaving sometimes, especially with a baby.

We can totally recommend it. the place was very clean and well equipped.

The wifi signal was quite weak. Considering that the place was advertised as without internet it’s fine.

Room too hot, no window

I don’t like anything about the apartment, too hot, no window to open, you can’t open the outside door because of mosquitoes, no Wi-Fi, he sent me five Wi-Fi password, no one work, I used all my internet GB of my UK network provider. The fan in the room is not the rotating type, we didn’t sleep the two nights we spent, not going to stay there in the future.
