Clean, good location within walking distance of shops the train station and cafes.
Property was lovely and clean and rooms were great. We had a drive for our car as well.

There was nothing special about the property, it wasn’t like the photos posted online at all
The house wasn’t like the pictures, the bedsheets weren’t good quality had bed bugs, the house want clean overall, toilet quality was very poor, shower want good either it wasn’t clean to the standard, mould in both toilets, broken mirrors, the floor was damaged and carpet quality was poor, the twin beds kept on breaking, wasn’t worth the value of money spent, internet speed poor, kitchen utilities weren’t properly cleaned, food remains hadn’t been properly washed, not enough toilet rolls for 4 days worth of stay, toilet seat was too small, mattress was vey low quality giving back pains, the pillows weren’t comfortable, the blankets were low quality as well, the sofas were old and were in the condition to be thrown away

Easily accessible to everything. I loved the LOCATION.
The bathroom. Wasn't clean at all. Had to get bleach to.wash it myself. No mops to clean up. Didn't look forward to taking a shower at all.

I mean, if you like living in a house infested with ants then this is perfect for you! There were ants everywhere in the kitchen and bedrooms, all over the kitchen sides, cooker, sink, fridge! The kitchen was dirty, the bathrooms are filthy. The small bedroom came with some complimentary hairs on the 1 pillow they provided. The whole place is very tired and needs a good refurb and tidy up.

The house was not very clean, sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The springs in the bed were literally what we slept on, as there was no comfort. Everyone in the property was extremely basic. We couldn’t wait to leave.

The location is fantastic. The property is in a residential area but it’s very accessible and in close proximity to Croydon Central (about 10mins by car) plus the tram stop is nearby. There are plenty of amenities close by; Morrisons supermarket is literally a short walk and so is a McDonald’s. The property itself has plenty of space and has everything you need for a weekend break. We were a group of four and had loads of space. The kitchen was well equipped, there’s two toilets and the rooms are well laid out. The garden area was perfect especially when the weather was nice so that we could eat outside on the table and chair set. The neighbours were so nice too! We felt safe with the cameras and lighting to the outside of the property and you can fit two cars on the driveway. The property managers were brilliant; they we’re in regular contact with us and provided clear instructions on how to access the key. Overall it was a lovely stay and definitely great value for money. Thank you.
I honestly can’t think of anything that would improve our stay. The property was clean and met our needs very well.
