Ideally situated to be within quick walking distances from shops, restaurants, and activities. As an added bonus, there's an ATTACHED GARAGE that accommodates 2 medium-size cars. Depending on availability, this unit CAN BE COMBINED with the attached unit (#A) for a total of 8 bedrooms/8 baths for your extended family and friends. ALSO INCLUDED: - Wifi - 8 low-profile beach chairs - hair dryer; iron/ironing board - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts) PARKING: Two garage spaces that accommodate most regular-sized vehicles, accessed via rear alley; general street parking - metered and non-metered - throughout the neighborhood. LAUNDRY: Stack washer/dryer located along second level hallway. Guests must provide their own supplies. LOCATION: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard. ​​​​​​​ RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information. CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances. Overall, a solid house for a group or family stay in Newport Beach. Just blocks from the beach, coffee, restaurants -- location can't be beat. Rooftop terrace is highlight of the house. A few minor things -- the house is not stocked with cooking oil, spices, etc and hot water for showers ran out quickly.

We had a fantastic family vacation in Newport Beach. This house is located one block from Feb sand. Many walkable restaurants. The inside is clean and modern and very spacious. Central air conditioning is a huge plus!! The owner was very responsive. When we first arrived the outdoor garbage cans were filled with garbage (it is picked up by the town once/week). We called the owner and he had the garbage removed the same day. There were plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon for guests to use. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Loved our stay. The place had everything we needed, especially the wagon to haul stuff to the beach. Such a great location, close to the beach, and the bike rental process was easy. Only downer was a bunch of rowdy teenagers/neighbors one night, but that didn't last too long. Overall, we loved our trip here and will be back.

House is in a prime location. Walking distance to the beach. 4th bedroom up stairs has no privacy as that is the only access point to the beautiful rooftop patio. Had a great time!
