The Perfect Beach Getaway to your Private Home Away From Home on the Famous Pass-a-Grille Beach (PAG Beach) Nightly Rentals Allowed! -The kitchen has all brand new kitchenware and cookware. -This rental is a perfect getaway for a small family of 3 or or family of 4 with with small children. -Great new open floorplan which incorporates the Beachy feel. -Renovated and has a step-in shower and marble glass tile. -Including throughout 22 inch Italian tile. -Is a great studio space with small but private outdoor seating area. -Lots of great Beach accents and vibrant welcoming feel. -Updated furnishings with the charm of the Beach. -Queen bed for sleeping and a small couch that turns into a double bed if needed. -Beach Chairs, and Beach Equipment are provided as a courtesy. -Outside private gated deck/patio with a charcoal grill. -Outside shower as well to rinse off after the beach. -Pets welcome. -Lots of lush landscape and palms trees surround this Beach property. -1 Free parking spot. -For your safety it has been disinfected and carefully cleaned prior to each guest arrival. Sanitizer and contact-less self-check in provided. -We accept pets with a $85.00 Pet Fee Per Pet. Pets must abide by rules specified in the rental agreement. We really strive to keep your vacation a memorable one with lots of extra amenities and help along the way! So do not hesitate to call me. After a long Beach day, you can use the outside shower to help you cool off before entering the Cozy Bungalow. You can eat a great meal inside in the full amenity kitchen or make a great meal cooking outside on one of the shared patios with a grille. Or at your own small private patio which is equipped with a charcoal grille. If you do not feel like cooking well there are amazing restaurants within walking distance. We are lucky too we have a local market/deli up the road called Shaner’s Market where you can purchase wild caught fish, marinated meats like steaks, fish, pork, and chicken. Don’t forget the veggies! Great place to help you find those last-minute items for a great meal! Other Amenities nearby include shelling, boat rentals, watersports, fishing, nearby golf and tennis. You will be minutes from shopping, Museums, entertainment and nightlife for that memorable Beach Vacation. Local museums include the Gulf Beaches Historical Museum, Salvador Dali Museum, the Florida International Museum, St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts, the Florida Holocaust Museum, St. Petersburg Museum of History and Great Explorations Hands-On Museum. Many local galleries and performing arts centers. Admire the works at the Florida Craftsmen Gallery or the Arts Center. Watch a performance by the Florida Orchestra, a Broadway play or more Modern plays at the Mahaffey Theater for Performing Arts. We chose this because it’s pet friendly and loved how close it is to both the PAG dog beach and the Fort de Soto dog beach. It was quite well equipped and the cleaning was fine. The mattress was very soft which may be uncomfortable for those with sensitive backs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The property was everything we needed. Filled with everything you need for a household. It was one block from the gulf side and a block and a half from the inter coastal side. Downtown shops, ice cream shoppe, Hurricane Restaurant, Brass Monkey Restaurant the Wharf Bar and Grille and Red White and Booze restaurant. Many parks for our puppy and a dog beach just 11 small blocks away. Could not have asked for more.

This property is perfect! It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach in sweet little town of Passe Grille.

What would have made this perfect are a couple of CLEAN, working beach chairs- they were pretty ragged out and hard to open- and stained with something scary. We absolutely needed a Beach umbrella and a wagon to haul the stuff to the beach. It is very close but with a cooler, towels, chairs and a beach umbrella- it is a LONG HAUL, especially if you are running back and forth because of the thunder storms.

Cozy, clean and private, all the elements we had hoped for. 90 second walk to the beach, millions of shells, private little deck off the back and no neighborhood noise after sunset. Property manager came to our rescue in minutes when we'd locked ourselves out and housekeeper Anna made sure all our needs were met. Shaner's Land and Sea Market just a few blocks away, and beach bikes to ride there! We cannot wait to go back to Pass-A-Grille and stay in our very private bungalow!

The location was great, walking distance to the main beach, the dog beach and a bunch of excellent restaurants. Our bungalow was ok. The provided beach towels, beach chairs and bikes were great. The allowed check in is a little late..4pm and we actually had to wait even longer because they were still cleaning past 4 and then you have to be out by 10 the next morning. The updated interior was nice. The bed was horrible, my wife I both couldn’t sleep way too soft. The AC had a hard time cooling the room but they did provide a fan. The private sitting area was like being in timeout, very small with no view or breeze it was located under the stairs that led to the bungalow above but the common area with grill was nice. The management was very pleasant and easy to work with.

I was in town meeting with clients and decided to treat myself to this cute cottage in Pass-a-Grille rather than staying in a hotel in downtown St. Pete. Coming out of meetings (in person and virtual) and being able to walk such a short half block to the bay or gulf was amazing! Plus super close to “town”, the market and breakfast. This house has everything you need for a relaxing recharging experience. Also as a single woman who travels a lot I appreciated how safe I felt. Loved my stay and will be back.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sand Pearl beach bungalow, which is part of the southernpagbeachhousebungalows.com. Everything was there for us - beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, bikes. The place was just a short walk, maybe 5 minutes if that, from either the beach on one side or the bay on the other. Nicely updated, clean, and there was everything we needed there too, including freshly ground coffee! That was a winner. We appreciated how much Tyler Sligh and his family did to get the most from the space. And Pass-A-Grille itself was a real find - plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, and a very relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to returning.

2 friends and I stayed two nights. ½ block from Gulf beaches over sea oat dunes, ½ block from the bay. The place is great for beach lovers and walkers. Kitchen well stocked for making breakfast, pull out couch, easy Uber to nightlife north on St. Pete Beach, but very laid back local scene. Tyler was really helpful.

We had a lovely time and the location was perfect. The property was superb! Cleanliness was 5 star and the space was perfect. With pandemic I felt all was clean. I look forward to future stays. The stay rules were simple and we did as was asked. All was respectfully kept in good order, just as we found it. A note, the parking and entrance were a little confusing on the welcome email sent. And response time was delayed. Otherwise, fantastic! Thanks! G
