Could explain better about free Wi-Fi connection.

The place was spacious, clean and well appointed.
There was no door to the back of the bathroom so when leaving the shower and bathroom you could see and been seen by the neighbour through the adjoining laundry room.

Great location - close to main street and beach - could walk to everything that Sawtell has to offer. Bed was very comfortable and unit was a good size for 2 people. Easy to check in with lock box and communication was great.
Bathroom had a bad smell from the moment we first arrived. The unit didn't offer as much privacy as we would have liked and it was quite noisy with neighbours all around us who were not particularly considerate of being in close proximity to others by keeping their noise levels down. Did not feel that we could have the curtains open as others could then see clearly into the living and bedroom areas.

the location
The unit was dark and dingy. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped however there was a mish mash of furniture . The couch opposite the tv should be sent to the tip. It was very uncomfortable. The neighbors were loud and very close by. There was only one bedside table and a odd shelf with a lamp on the other side of the bed. The bed was comfortable and linen and towels clean.

This unit suited us perfectly. There was ample space for the two of us and it was quiet and felt homely. The kitchen was adequately equipped. We really liked having a washing machine and outside clothesline, (easily pleased right!) The location was great, being a short stroll to the Sawtell cafes, shops and the beach. If you have a bit more energy, you can walk to the lookout via footpaths and a walking track. The view from the lookout is delightful.

The unit was very cosy and modern, the bed and bedding were very nice and comfortable, so close to restaurants, clubs. Kitchen well appointed, nicely done up.
Only a small issue, a bit of noise from other units but hardly worth mentioning, just a few thumping footsteps from upstairs.

The location was great, central to Sawtell, within walking distance. Clean, stocked well with crockery, glassware etc.

Everything that one could need was there.
Bathroom - didn’t like the fact that there was no door between the bathroom and laundry. a folding door would have been the answer. might be ok in the summertime but was quite cold during our stay in June.

Location location
The place needs a good proper clean, has a musty smell. Lace curtains need to be changed, hence I had uncomfortable 2 nites because of the smells. Cleaners use the worst cheap products, then they close the doors and windows afterwards, the customer walks in to face the awful smells.
The leather couch in this apartment stinks of perspiration, the smell of all people is absorbed in the leather. The seats sink through, we expected to sit on the decorative cushions but they don't help, these cushions also stink. Some decor need to be removed and or dusted. We had no place to sit and relax at, It's an unhygienic place. It's old, that's fine we can live with old but it needs to be cleaned. Great location.
