The apartment is ideal for couples, families, and bigger groups. The apartment is very spacious at 205 square meters or 2200 square feet. Only a 3 min walk to the main bus terminal and the main shopping/dining street Laugavegur. Also a 5 minutes walk to a renovated swimming pool that has indoor and outdoor swimming, sauna and hot tubs. There is a supermarket near, 2 minute walk. There is free parking in front of the apartment. People can smoke all they want on the balcony, but no smoking inside the apartment. We stayed as a group of eight (3 couples, 1 single and 1 child) and this apartment was perfect for us. There is loads of space and the kitchen is very well equipped.
About a 15 minute walk into the centre of Reykjavik and there was free parking too!

We were a group of 20 adult extended family members. Location was perfect, 5 -10 min walk from shopping and museums. A tour of RVK Brewery just up the road was a fun adventure. Easy parking. Would stay again.

We only stayed for two nights but found the location good for the activities we did in Reykjavik. Questions about our stay were answered quickly both prior to our arrival and once at the apartment.
It is a spacious apartment with eclectic decor and the kitchen is well stocked except there isn’t any freezer. People leave items which can be helpful but I think people would feel more comfortable using the items if dates were written as to when an item was left.

Beautiful apartment in Reykjavik, spacious and welcoming and very comfortable. It is really convenient as it's well located so we walked everywhere. There's a shop on your doorstep for groceries, and you're not far from good restaurants etc. Communication with the host was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Loved the location- super close to the grocery store and easy walking all around the city. Plus free parking right out front! So nice to have this spacious place to come back to after a long day out and about.

We all loved this apartment, from the 7-year-old to the 65-year-old! It was clean, spacious, well located, and fun—it felt like a home. 10/10 would stay here again if I’m ever lucky enough to come back to Iceland.

Family of 5- parents and adult children . The space was perfect with everything we needed, plenty of space, central location and walking distance from market and great pizza. Communication was helpful and timely. Thanks for a perfect intro to Iceland

Traveling for the first time to Iceland, our group of six, fit perfectly into this older apartment. Our two teenagers really liked the "feel" of the place. There is only one shower, but that didn't really hinder us at all. Nice kitchen and dining area. Very close to a grocery store and a very short drive to shopping if you don't want to walk a few minutes. We also had one smoker in our group who was very thankful for the balcony! Felt safe and secure, and very thankful we could stay here.

We had a fantastic stay in Reykjavik. The apartment was walking distance to the city. Warm, comfortable, inviting , well equipped to self cater and easy parking. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for families / groups. Communication and check-in outstanding. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment 😊

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It is in a perfect location to walk the center of Revhjvick. All 9 of us were very pleased with th apartment. Property manager is the best. Very friendly a prompt with response to questions. We would not change anything about our experience.

We had an amazing time in this apartment - 9 of us ranging from age 5 to age 80. The size of the apartment and the number of rooms meant that grandma and grandpa had quiet when they needed it and the 4 grandsons could play more loudly when they needed it. We could join together in the living room and dining room, or get personal space in our bedrooms. Runar was a wonderful and very helpful host. Highly recommended!

Nice, large, conveniently located apartment in Reykjavik. 4 decently sized bedrooms, large kitchen, and large living room.
Had all necessary appliances, television, Internet. One and 1/2 bathrooms.

The house was very clean, centrally located and the best part, a lock box for the keys. This was very useful when traveling in a large group. People can come and go as they please and no one will get locked out. The large dining area made it nice for everyone to gather in the mornings for breakfast and lounge in the evenings in the wide open spaces. The landlord was also very prompt in answering any questions I had.

Wonderful apartment close to downtown Reykjavik
The apartment itself was wonderful. The living room and kitchen areas were large and comfortable. There was construction next door but it was kept to regular working hours when we were normally not in the apartment.

It’s worth noting that the building next door is being renovated so there is work noise in the day but you will probably be out all day like us so won’t be bothered by it.

The property is big! It is ideally positioned - 5 minute walk to the start of the main strip at Laugavegur. Its a really great apartment full of character. A great record collection and some quality guitars to enjoy.

It’s worth noting that the building next door is being renovated so there is work noise in the day but you will probably be out all day like us so won’t be bothered by it.

Amazing central apartment.
Perfect location for a family to set up basecamp for their stay in Reykjavik. Easily walkable to anywhere downtown. Bonus is next door for food. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The Kitchen had everything we could need to make a family meal. Huge dining table made meals at the apartment very easy and convenient. Easy access to the apartment and ample free street parking just outside the flat is also a huge plus.
