Nothing, absolutely appalling. Not clean, ripped furniture, horrible place. Rude owner

Didn’t like anything at all, wouldn’t even allow my dog to sleep there. Contacted the owner who said I was lying about the state it was in. Wouldn’t give us a refund and we had to pay out over another £500 to find another hotel at last minute. Told the owner this and he also said we was lying about we’re we was staying. We was suppose to be staying in Newcastle to see family for 5 nights and could only afford 3 nights in the end due to extra cost. I really wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Accomadated me at short notice which I appreciate. All good

Could have done with a few of the basics like salt and pepper and a little updating like the microwave but not an unpleasant stay

Lights weren’t working in shower or hallway. One of the bed’s was broken and not suitable to sleep on. Dampness is one of the rooms. Generally unclean. Decent size for large groups and fine for basic necessities.

walk into town from here was only 20 mins, perfect for going out and not needing to drive around. Morrisons around the corner which again could drive to but was only 5 mins walk so easy to get any essentials.

There was plenty room for everyone and it was a great base to visit the nightlife

The communication from the host was good.

The apartment is not suitable for 19 people. 10 would be the limit. There is one toilet and not enough space or cutlery for 6 to eat breakfast let alone 19. There was broken furniture in the living room, broken toilet seat, mould on the ceiling, food on the wall, no hot water in the kitchen, no battery in the tv remote. The ladder for the bunk bed wasn't attached to anything causing one guest to fall. This is literally a house full of beds that is in need of repair, don't expect much else.
