Two living areas will welcome you each evening with ample seating and a flatscreen TV, and they seamlessly connect to the full kitchen, so mingling will be a breeze as the chef of the group shows off their skills. No recipe will be off-limits with stainless steel appliances, a blender, a coffee maker, plenty of counter space, and island seating! Plus, ending each evening on the furnished patio with a favorite drink in hand will be just the ticket to slip into vacation mode. What's nearby: Lake fun will be right at your fingertips, so bring along your toys and spend sunny summer days swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and more mere steps from home base! When you want to head out and explore the surrounding area, the main drag of town is just four miles from your front door offering a plethora of dining, shopping, and grocery options. If there are a few golfers in the group, Legends Golf Course is a great place to play a round of 18. Even more lake activities can be found at Buchanan Lake, 10 miles north. Don't hesitate to take a day trip to the hustle and bustle of Austin, 65 miles south! Things to know: Free high-speed WiFi There is a 23-foot boat slip. *Please note that the boat lift will not accommodate a newer Wake Boat. The slip area is too narrow. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Private It is in the back yard of the home and on the water. It is private access with a boat lift and sea do lift. The boat lift will not hold newer Wake Boats. Lift is too small and the slip area is too narrow. Swimming at own risk is allowed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great house/location. Plenty of beds and more important plenty of full bathrooms. 3 full. 1 half bath. No waiting in line for sure. House was great for a group of buddies that do an annual trip. Beds were good, kitchen was pretty good size. Some slight stains on the couches and a chair but nothing to keep us from coming back. House manager was great and quick in responding. Overall, would more than likely stay here again.

My family (husband + 3 kids, 10,12,14) had a wonderful stay. We spent the entire Saturday relaxing, swimming, and kayaking in the river. The house was perfect. We went shopping once for food and the house had everything we needed to cook and clean up. Communication with Vacasa was quick and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay!

The house was wonderful. We stayed four nights. The house was very well stocked and didn’t run out of anything. They do supply travel, size soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but you still need to bring your own. The house was on a wonderful part of the Colorado river and had room for both of our JetSki‘s on the lift. I would definitely recommend this home to anybody looking for a getaway.

Comfortable cottage. Feels spacious. Inside is clean. (It’s on the lake, so outside at the dock has the bugs and spiders that live at the lake…no bugs inside😇) The furniture is older and worn, but clean and comfortable which makes it comfortable so you don’t worry about using it. We fished at the dock..I caught my first Crappie🐟. We grilled burgers and relaxed on the furnished patio in the evening. Really enjoyed this relaxing weekend… When we first arrived we had a power issue but the local manager(Pricilla) had someone there in minutes.We had to cut our stay short …due to family needs back home. the local management was easy to contact and very helpful. Recommend this cozy home. Only thing I can suggest is for the owners to have the dock area and boat area cleaned up a little better. But it was still nice to use.

My two sisters and I stayed here with our husbands. This property was an awesome fit for us. Inside was immaculate upon arrival. All appliances and air conditioners worked well. The outside areas needed some love. The chairs were dusty, the patios had not been swept and a dead shrub needed to be removed. After noting this on my check in notice, we received a call from the management with an apology and offer of a free last check out. When we needed more paper towels, they were delivered promptly. Vacasa management was awesome! Will stay at their properties any time!

Took my boat and some great friends. The kids had an amazing time out here. We were all on a budget and this house was amazing. Had 5 adults 4 kids and we liked that every room had their own bathroom. Will try to book again

The house was nice had all the things. Some spiders and bugs but I guess to be expected not sure. It could have been taken care of better on the outside - there was a trash can full of trash, beer cans in flower pots, broken chair, and the grass had not been mowed - bring it was a long 4th of July weekend we expected a well groomed property for the price. You could tell the difference in property management between this one and the one next door. Other than that it was decent and fine for the price. All had a good time.

This nicely updated home offers a lot of open space for larger groups and great outdoor area and dock directly on Lake LBJ. We we're impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was although we didn't make any large meals we could easily have done so. The main bathroom being right next to the kitchen and living area is a little awkward so if you aren't staying with close family or friends, be ready for that! Our only complaint is that all the mattresses and beds need to be replaced because they're very worn and uncomfortable. The ones in the double queen room are so wobbly you can't move at all or you'll wake up your sleeping partner. And the king has large depressions in it. That said, we would be likely to rent this location again. My family loves in the neighborhood and we often need a house for overflow when we all gather for holidays. Thank you!

Can’t say enough positive things about the property. We had 7 people and it was super spacious. Kitchen is great with the big central island being a great place to hang out around as you’re cooking. Rooms + beds are all comfortable. And then the best part, the lake front dock. Awesome lake front property - great for swimming or sunbathing.
