Walk out to "toes in the sand" on the sugar white sand of Pensacola Beach. Whether you're just taking in the panoramic views of this Gulf Front condo, enjoying the sunrise, gazing at the night beach lights while listening to the live music at Peg Leg Pete's, or just want the best seats for the Blue Angels' show, or 4th of July fireworks, the balcony does not disappoint in this penthouse suite...and being able to walk across the street to Peg Leg Pete's or our local convenience store doesn't hurt either. We have a deeded covered parking space in the garage which is awesome to protect against the Florida heat and rain. Because our condo is on the top floor and where it is located in the building, we don't have neighbors on any side or above us. This unit is quiet. Sleeps up to 8 - the condo has a king bed in one bedroom, and a queen bed and twin daybed with trundle in the other bedroom, and brand-new gel mattress queen sleeper couch - offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to eight people. Full kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances with dining area that seats eight makes mealtime easy. Open living spaces with amazing views and large lanai with all new living room and patio furniture makes it an enjoyable place for relaxing with friends & family. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub and shower combination. The complex has elevator access on every floor and the condo is all on one level. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories. Pool and Hot tub over-look the Gulf of Mexico. Lower-level bathroom makes it convenient for the days you are enjoying beach or pool area. Sunrises on the balcony - Sunsets in the sand. NAS is now opened back up to the public or short drive into Ft Pickens National Park to watch Air Show practices Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Trolly stop in front of our building (only runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day) for easy access to Boardwalk area for food and entertainment or short drive/uber ride downtown Pensacola for more restaurant & entertainment choices, etc. **We have recently upgraded the wi-fi to a higher speed, installed a wi-fi extender, and also had internet company fix a connectivity issue. ***have installed shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispensers in both showers

The condo was very nice. It was a good location with fun stuff for the kids close by. We were there in January so we did not get to try the pool or the ocean but everything looked well taken care of.

Very cute, inviting and clean condo. Beautiful ocean views and access. The weather was chilly so no swimming but the hot tub was nice! Some noise from construction and garbage trucks but nothing crazy.

Love the condo the view was awesome. It was super clean. The location could not have been better. Its was right across the street from Peg Leg Petes. Their food and drinks were affordable and so good!. There is also a conveinance store right across the road. The hosts left us alone. If we needed them they would have been there I am sure.i met the cleaning lady too. She was super friendly.

The condo was spotlessly clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Access to the beach is easy- even with a toddler in hand. A restaurant and convenience store are located right across the street so driving isn’t necessary. The host is a good communicator. I highly recommend this condo.

From first inquiry to check out this was one of the easiest experiences we’ve had through VRBO. This condo is in the PERFECT location. The view from the balcony is AMAZING! The unit itself was clean, quiet, welcoming and cozy! Close to all the restaurants and attractions the beach has to offer, but just far enough away from the chaos of the constant traffic LOL! We are locals, but staying here made us feel like we were truly on vacation! We had the best time celebrating our daughters birthday and can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay! Only concern we had is the owners gave us the wrong gate code to get in and out of the complex. I left early one morning with my 2/3 of my kids and got out the gate because a trash truck had come in. We got locked outside and couldn’t get back in with the code they gave until I seen a maintenance man I screamed for his help and he explained that the gate code givin had been out of date for at least a year so that was very inconvenient but other than that they stay was great!

Overall a fantastic experience from booking to leaving, the property manager answered any questions I had promptly even when we had someone in our parking space when we returned one night, even the owner followed up with my. Plenty of room for the 5 of us updated appliances in kitchen. Beautiful sunrise view from balcony. We were notified when the room was available even a little before actual check in time as we arrived in Florida in the morning hours and we were able to leave our bags at the condo while housekeeper was cleaning which was an added plus so we didn’t have to take suitcases to the beach or pool. Will definitely use again

Great location-right on beach so no crossing roads. Everything was wonderful and clean. Property manager responded quickly to any questions. Only drawback was no washer and dryer in room but has access to common one downstairs.

Everything was perfect for us inside and out and the location could not have been better. There were a lot of little things throughout the condo that made our stay more comfortable. And the communication from the host was excellent. Had a bad storm come through one night and they called to check in on us. We would definitely stay here again.

Just WOW! The location, the size of the condo, the amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, the Kitchen I can’t say enough about this place! The owners have definitely put 100% into making their condo feel like home away from home. The views from the balcony are amazing! Love the small condo atmosphere and being RIGHT ON THE BEACH makes it so easy and quick to access the sand and water! Not crowded at all! We will definitely be back in the future. By far our BEST experience with a rental EVER!

This condo was great. It is an easy walk to the beach, and the beach itself is quiet. Condo was clean with a nice patio to see both the sound and the gulf. The smaller guest room has stuff for the beach (ie chairs, umbrellas), which was a pleasant surprise and came in handy. The shower in the guest room was pretty tiny. It is fine for families with kids, but there is not a lot of room for an adult. Also, the hot water had to be turned all the way and the cold barely on to get a normal temperature of water for the shower in the guest room, but that is only a minor complaint. Everything else was great, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful cozy and clean condo on the 7th floor with a wonderful view of the sunrise and the view at night with everything lit up. Hosts were very responsive and plenty of items for the beach if needed. Peg leg Pete’s across the street is a great place to eat. Thank you for everything!

Our condo was clean and beautiful. The view from the balcony was great. We were on the beach when we stepped out of the building. White sand, gorgeous sunsets, and it wasn't crowded. Our host responded quickly to my messages. We enjoyed every meal we had in Pensacola and everyone was very friendly.

This property exceeded our expectations! The owners were wonderful an made us feel welcome. The view is amazing, the location is a perfect spot for P Beach, close to the boardwalk but not in a crowded area. The furnishings are incredible, very relaxing beach feel. Super kitchen with anything you need. Secure parking, covered, and there is a laundry facility. We had what was probably the best stay we've had anywhere.
