The residence area is not very big, but cozy for two. Saved money having our own kitchen to cook in. Mini AC unit was nice in the afternoons when the living room area has sun exposure, but also provided a really nice view of the bay and a distant view of the ocean. Garage is small. Nissan Altima only had about 8 inches of room front to back. Needed the garage door open to get around the car. Once parked, we walked to nearby Belmont Park and ocean keeping our car nice and safe.

Perfect property for our mother-daughter getaway, only a block away from both the harbor (and park) and the beach. Very comfortable bed, fantastic shower, well equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, and felt extra safe with the locked gate entry. We strolled every morning to two coffee shops (Lazy Eye and Pura Vida) 1/2 mile down Mission Blvd., where there’s also a friendly market and Sara’s Mexican with delicious, huge burritos. Would definitely return!

Loved our rental!! It was a great place to be when not at the beach. The view was mesmerizing, and the condo was perfect, clean, an awesome shower, garage for vehicle, and all tenants or other renters were great! We’d rent again!

Bruce was an excellent host, very communicative, and the property was in a wonderful location. We appreciated the kitchen essentials like S&P, coffee, and DW pods. Gorgeous views. Will return again.

Great location, host very communicative. Really appreciated all of the kitchen essentials like coffee and dishwasher pods. Would definitely stay at this property again. Check in very easy. Arrived late (Cannonball sushi restaurant was still open, has a full bar, and we liked what we ordered) Garage door opens “out” so make sure to stand aside when using the keypad. Nice grills in the common area. Loved the path steps outside of property for morning run and walks - Very picturesque views of both water and landscape on these paths. Have lunch overlooking the marina at Point Loma Seafoods and grab fish to grill at the unit for dinner. Check out San Diego Zoo!

Despite the weather, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for two people and it was fun watching the boats go. It was a nice quiet location and we would definitely stay there again. The hosts were also very accommodating with our request for an early check-in.

Cute beach cottage close to everything! View to die for. Walk to beach, parks and restaurants. Comfy bed. The not so great is tricky in and out. Lots of locks and tight garage. If you want real wine glasses, bring your own. Shower faucet complicated. A shelf above toilet would be super, but vanity has small drawers. Very nice for the price.

This location is quiet but still so close to all the action of beach life and downtown San Diego. The place was super clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable too. My one piece of advice is that if you have a large vehicle you will not fit in the garage. We had a full sized sedan (Honda accord) that justtttttt barely fit in the garage. We would recommend to other couples for a peaceful stay.

We appreciated the high end appliances, soft linens, clean space, and THE VIEW! The Tempur-Pedic bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was out of order, and it was repaired within a few days. Beautiful beach, walks, bike paths, and friendly neighbors. It was perfect for our needs!!

This location gives you a sense of peace and calm. Super cute neighborhood, extremely clean, homey and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay! I have seen other complaints about the flight noise and with the windows shut, it’s just white noise to me. I would 100% recommend!

This was a great place to stay. We will definitely book again. Walking distance to the beach. Not crowded at this time of year(September). Clean place. Comfy bed. Garage is pretty small, barely worked for our Honda Accord, but it was awesome to have somewhere to park daily. Plenty of food options within walking distance or a short drive. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you.

The condo was in a perfect location for us. Walkable markets and restaurants. However, 10 min after arriving, we started to unload the car, right outside the gate is "one" of those concrete parking strips you see in some parking lots, we'll, I didn't see it and tripped and fell. It was ugly. So be careful. Also, there is no dresser in the bedroom so you live out of your suitcase. The condo is too small to leave a suitcase laying out. There also isn't any place for the clean towels, so they were moved from the bed to the top of the portable ac unit. The night stands should be replaced with side cabinets (like a kids dresser) with drawers and the pictures in the bathroom above the toilet removed and put in a cabinet or shelves for the extra towels. There is a wall cabinet between the bathroom and the bedroom but it's locked. If that were available to the renters, it could eliminate the inconvenience of the above stated problems. Maybe this property management's prime rental audience is for the younger surfing crowd? Hubby and I are in our 60's

We really enjoyed our stay here for our wedding anniversary getaway! The condo is quaint and has a great beach vibe. Quiet with beautiful view of the bay. We loved everything about this place. Looks exactly like the pictures. It was so comfortable it was hard to leave to get out during the day! The garage is compact but our Toyota 4 Runner fit perfectly with some maneuvering. The stairs are manageable but there are lots of them. The WiFi in the bedroom was not connecting. I called Bruce and he was really helpful. He told me to reboot the modem. The kitchen had everything we needed except a spatula to flip pancakes. We would definitely come back here again.
