**The Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole in 2022. All Daytona Beach Resort amenities other than parking are closed. This includes the pools. There is no need to message me about the pools: I will update the listing once they reopen. I can guarantee a clean, comfortable room – unfortunately – I cannot guarantee amenities at the resort.** Welcome to your home away from home! A true 1 bedroom beachside condo (NOT a studio) with ocean view from our private balcony. You will find everything that you need for your beachside vacation here: full kitchen with all the essentials, grocery store & restaurants within walking distance, e-bike and watercraft rentals nearby, and of course, the world-famous Daytona Beach! - 2 Queen beds and sofa bed sleep up to 6 - Beach access ramp on the property - 1 parking pass included - Renovated in 2022

My sister and I was taking our dad on a 2 day beach trip and 1 day to visit relatives in the area. I do not remember seeing g that beach access was out ( my dads 88) which made the walk to the beach hard on him. That info should be bold and at the beginning of explanation of what property offers ( other places have done that) not as a next to last sentence statement. Beautiful view. Elevators kinda scary. Front desk has no clue on rental units who’s there or renting, which seems like a security issue at best. Overall time with dad was great. Unit was awesome.

Having booked the year prior we did so due to the incredible amount of amenities. Unfortunately with the hurricanes last year there were no outdoor amenities at all. As well they have not opened the indoor pool and hot tub. They emptied the arcade and closed the Reflections restaurant as well. No indication of anything opening anytime soon.
The condo itself was comfortable with full frontal ocean views. With a full sized fridge we were able to cross the road and head to the Publix and prepare meals vs eating out for every meal. Although, there were a number of great places to eat within a short walk.
Great communication with Christianne; very responsive.
Location and the beach make it incredibly easy to overlook things that were out of anyone’s control.
Can’t wait to return next year!

We had a great time! The condo had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was amazing.

It was as described. The living room furniture wasn't real comfortable but appeared to be new.
The only problem we really had was the toilet leaked but it was taken care of promptly, The owner was readily available and handled the issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Daytona Beach resort. The owner was prompt to reply when we had an issue with a light fixture. The condo was clean and comfortable. The maintenance workers were busy every morning cleaning the pool and the pool deck. We will stay here again.

The Good: Room was completely clean, Amazing View, Great Location. Decor was very nice. The Not So Good: The 2 beds are the spring mattresses that seemed to be very old. They made a lot of noise if you moved at all and were very hard. The parking lot for the resort was a complete mess! There were actual arguments happening over the parking. I really wished I would have known prior to booking that the garage was not to be used. Handicap people were out of luck and it made us not want to leave for recreation or shopping because we would loose our spot. I had to park across the street 1 evening behind a restaurant due to the lots being full. I didn't feel safe leaving my car there at all. The air conditioning in the sleeping area was not very good. There is 1 vent in the room and it was small. There were 3 or 4 vents in the kitchen area which made that area of the kitchen and living room area super cold. They did provide a fan in the sleeping area which made it manageable. The dehumidifiers were also a very nice touch. The private balcony was very nice. All in all was a great unit. I was just happy to get home to my own bed.

This property was great for a long weekend. The space of the unit was perfect for what we needed and the location to a grocery store and beach were wonderful! It did stink that we had to park down the street due to the parking garage being under maintenance but it wasn’t too far of a walk. Staff was friendly and the beach access was wonderful!

Suprise for my Wife
The listing was better than advertised. My Wife absolutely loved this place. We are already talking about our next visit and bringing our children! christianne was fabulous as a host. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to Visit Daytona Beach.

The condo itself was excellent, very clean and close to all attractions.
My only beef was with the resort that advertised in the entry way that the outdoor pool bar was open everyday. Was not open not one day during our entire stay. The indoor bar was understaffed, usually no one tending the bar area regularly.

Very convient to all the sights and nearby to many stores, restaurants. Overall just a very nice stay.
