Nestled in Athens, this lovely condo for $356 per night is a great choice for your next trip. These are two apartments in one building. We call this combination CT1,3. Cosy CT1 apartment on the 4th and top floor of the building sleeps up to 3 guests. Artistic CT3 apartment on the 1st floor sleeps up to 7 guests. Both apartments have balconies and access to a roof top terrace that has a lovely view of the Parthenon. Both apartments offer free WiFi, flat screen TV’s, washing machines and A/C’s (used for cooling and heating). Apartment layout Apartment CT1 sleeps 2 in the queen size double bed in the bedroom and 2 more in the living room / kitchen (comfy couch and day bed). Apartment CT3 sleeps 2 in the king size double bed (can be set up as 2 singles) in the bedroom and 5 more in the large living room/ kitchen. 2 people sleep in a king size bed (can be set up as 2 singles) and 1 on a single bed (these beds are separated from the rest of the living room / kitchen with a roll top). 2 more people sleep in the living room / kitchen on 2 single sofa beds. Location info This apartment is located in Psirri, minutes walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka. Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus. Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located. Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather work shops. It has great restaurants, cafes, art spaces and an outdoor cinema where you can enjoy films in the original language. You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora. Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired. The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character. CHECK IN INFO • We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am. • For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available). Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

My family had a wonderful week in Athens for my daughter's wedding. The apartments were ideal, with enough space to allow the children (4, and 2) to run about safely. They were spacious and airy, and on the day of the wedding, we had bridesmaids, hairdressers, and make-up ladies making preparations, all of whom had plenty of space. The location was great, only 5 minutes walk to Monastiraki. Costas was especially helpful. You will remember the kilts, Costas! Great week.

Very nice people, good clean apartments, elevator available, closer to the market etc. only walking distance to restaurants, acropolis but the only downside is the area though safe is not very upscale. Old buildings around, Parthenon is not visible .

The apartments are very clean and nicely decorated, very spacious and confortable. The only problem we found was the curtins of the apartment in the third floor, as they were not thick at all and the light early in the morning wakes you up. However, the apartment in the first floor did not have this issue. Other thing to note is that the apartaments are just 2 streets from a beautiful area full of nice restaurants and charming bars and terraces, but around the apartments there are several abandoned houses and to cross those empty streets after dark can be scary. The staff was really nice and helpful during check in and check out.

These clean well appointed apartments are central to restaurants and the Acropolis, but on a quiet street. A short walk to the Metro at Monastiraki Station then takes you quickly to any part of Athens. The office is next door and the staff are VERY helpful. We were even given a walking tour of the neighborhood to be sure and know where to get groceries and other services. We especially liked the restaurant and ice cream recommendations. Our favorite gelato was at Da Vinci's. It is a MUST try!!

Boutique Athens was very nice, spacious and clean. Can't say enough about how helpful the team was with showing us around, providing recommendations, and searching for a lost passport. They provided coffee, milk and water and showed us to a nearby bakery. The beds were very comfortable. We had two apartments and would rent again. Thanks.
