Relaxing stay

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was available, the staff was really helpful at check-in and punctual at check out. We had an amazing stay!

The swimming pool can be cleaned better!

DO NOT STAY THERE

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. They were inefficient, rude and racist with our guests. It took more than an our to let 2 of our guest through security when we already send their names hours before. the hotel just didn’t do their job and refused to do it when we called from the gate. completely unacceptable behaviour from anyone, let alone a very expensive hotel. Also the property was incredibly dirty when we found it and the constant smell of sewage in the rooms is nauseating.

Excellent experience

Location, layout, amenities and exceptional staff. Yehya and madgi were courteous and helpful. The pool and beach access made the kids happy and they enjoyed their time. Highly recommend for a family stay in Dubai
