Not the Cleanest..

The nieghbors and other people around the building were super nice. Cleaning supplies readily available. Boot tray right by the entry.

First thing, we got moved because our first rental wasn't cleaned in time. (It was suppose to be cleaned by 4PM and we were showing up at 8-9PM.) They moved us buildings, AND down the street at around 7:30PM. When we were already almost there. So then we had to drive to the resort. (When we were suppose to be able to ski-in and ski-out.) The room was a little smaller. Things were placed out to clean up after yourself -which is good, becuase we are clean individuals. There were a few things out of place. The closet looked like a bomb went off, with all the stuff just thrown in there. The patio outside wasn't cleared off. No wood for the fire place. The electrical box door is broken. And it wasn't very clean. So I'm happy they left cleaning supplies out. But even after pulling sheets, and cleaning it to "cleaner than when we arrived". We still never got our deposit back.

Disappointing that lock was never fixed, you could push the door open.

Location was perfect

No keys combo lock that is broken and was broken when we stayed in that same unit at the beginning of the ski season and informed the property. Could not keep valuables secure and we left early and did not complete our stay. I had to wash pans before cooking. Not very appetizing. I let all dishes clean for the next person.

Definitely we will come back to this wonderful and relaxing place.

Location is wonderful, very close to ski lifts, the studio was very clean and nice furnished. The heated swimming pool and hot tub made the stay more attractive and relaxing.

The condo didn’t have snow removal of the windows and emergency exits. The snow consumed all windows

The windows and exit doors were completely covered in snow. The emergency exit doors were not even accessible because the snow was above the level of the doors and windows. I felt very unsafe. There was no way to exit the condo if something happened. I didn’t stay the 2nd night. I found another hotel. Snow removal near windows and exit doors needs to be maintained.

It turned out to be OK in the end even though I had misgivings when I first arrived.

The unit was quite quiet and well equipped.

I was under the assumption that there would be an onsite check in until I found an email message with a code and instructions. I wish that Booking.com would alert users to that possibility of an Airbnb type arrangement instead of a motel or hotel type of reception. I was unfamiliar with the type of locking mechanism and it required asking residents what to do and how to get into the unit.

False Advertisement! Save your money

1. False Advertisement, THIS IS NOT a ski-in/ski-out place. When reached out to the vacation rental management company, they said it is not a listed amenity for the property. 2. Blood stain on the bedsheet and non-working fireplace - when reached out to the management company, they indicated local staff has been notified, but nothing happen for 2 nights as if they were waiting for us to just check out 3. Wristbands to use the hot tub were missing, and I let the management company know right away, they, again, said local staff has been notified, but nothing happened. Everything I was excited about this place ended up not working for us and terrible customer service made it even more unpleasant for the vacation we have planned for my family. Listing advertised as Ski-In/Out 2nd-Floor Condo w/Free Wifi, Fireplace & Share Heated Pool , Hot Tub. Only thing I was able to get here was Free Wifi.

Very good

Close to ski lift. Plenty of towels Fireplace nice touch- difficult to turn on and off. Clean refrigerator and microwave

No staff on property to help answer questions. Black pieces of junk came out of the holes in jacuzzi tub. Couldn't use it. Door hard to lock and unlock. Felt unsafe. Light bulb busted had to replace it. No replacement light bulb or batteries for items that needed them. Rugs and carpet were dirty. Probably should be washed between guests visits. 😞 sorry. Overall- everything was good...I would stay again. Easy to find in the dark and decent price.

Peaceful, Lovely Getaway!

We liked the elevator this time, the parking garage, it was a cute, comfortable place, all home kitchen appliances that you would want or need, just bring the ingredients because there is barely any food places in Brianhead to eat and it is all junk, but good, if they decide to open. No cable/so no tv, unless you bring movies. The glass in half the coffee table is missing, near swimming pool and parking lot, so loud. Nice comfortable, large bed, a must! Looks like a nice sofa couch that was very comfortable to sit on! Roomy condo with table and stools for four with full kitchen. Coffee maker, toaster, tea pot, knives, silverware, dishes,spoons and spatulas, fridge, baking, cooking pans, I’m sure much more, did not use any.

One window of blinds didn’t work facing parking lot. Luckily it was a slow weekend.

Excellent place for retirement with or without family if you like treking and skiing.

Comfortable apartment can host easily 6 to 8 people. Surrounding woods and mountains are wonderful, a great place to rest and disconnect from everything and everybody.

Bathrooms are evidencing they were made some 15 years ago and need some upgrade and get them to current standard and design. Common spaces in the condo were not been cleaned apparently very long time, and dirt was everywhere. Bathroom areas are obsolete and need an upgrade.

No jacuzzi.

The condo has everything + for a stay. Nice tv's spices to cook with etc..

No heat jacuzzi. Master bed uncomfortable. The comforter I used as a mattress pad smelled. The big pillows smelled like sweat. The Murphy bed was hard to pull from the wall.

Great location, close to the lifts and pool.

Great ski in/out location, easy to access the Navajo Express lift, pool was close to the room. Great little studio.

Not sure if the room was actually vaccumed, or if the sheets were actually washed and changed between visits, as there were dirty socks inbetweeb the sheets.

Will avoid booking.com in the future

Don’t be fooled by Booking.com photos!! I thought I rented a 2 bed condo for a family of four based on booking.com photos and confirmation email with a specific unit# for the 2 bed unit , only to find out one week before our trip that the 2 bed was booked already 2 months prior and what we booked was actually a studio (and given new unit#). I paid more than other studios and 1 bed units advertised at that time. Vacasa was very understanding but there’s not much they could do during peak season with 7 days notice, as far as finding us alternate accommodation. We decided to make the best of it and enjoyed our trip overall, as the condo was not the main event of the trip anyways. The unit was outdated but very clean and had a good layout given the small space, was fully equipped, in a good location and next to the pool (can be noisy). However, the hot water ran out after 1 shower, the hair dryer worked 2 minutes at a time, the heated indoor parking at Copper Chase is not assigned or monitored so if you return after 4pm, all spots are already taken and you have to park outdoors, which is an issue in the winter only obviously, but was annoying as there was a large snowfall during our stay. None of these are deal breakers but be aware of what you’re paying for.
