Located in North Redington Beach, this lovely house for $229 per night is a great option for your next break. Great vacation stay, fenced in big back yard, Florida room for quiet evenings. Everything you need for months away from home in a quiet neighborhood. Recently renovated, painted and remodeled (2020) Stay in our 2 bedroom home with a nice open living & dining room area. The two bedrooms both have new premium quality Queen beds, and share a center bathroom area with a walk-in shower. The fully renovated kitchen includes all kitchenware, appliances, microwave, full-size refrigerator as well as coffee maker also ironing board w/ iron. The ranch is complete with high-speed WiFi Internet service, flat screen TV, washer & dryer (separate entrance), with driveway parking. Stay for a week or a month! Cleaning procedures are implemented for every arrival including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces & washing of all linens/ towels. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. Reorganization of any kind or moving of furniture, moving any of our decor items, moving wall hangings, or redecorating of any type within our vacation home is not permitted. This is our personal home that we have opened for our guests that we have decorated with our possessions. Most guests are more than happy to leave the rental property in the same condition they found it but the few who don’t, are the main reason why we must say this. Our family of 4 had a great time in Redington Beach. The house was a 5 minute walk to a beach access point(with a beach toy bin for all to use) and also 5 mins to a great playground for the kids (Town Park). We really enjoyed that the beach was quieter than beaches we visited to the north and to the south, but still had plenty around for us to walk to like putt-putt, ice cream, and a grocery store. The host was very responsive and the property worked well for our winter escape from the cold!

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. This house is even nicer than the pictures. You are close enough to the beach to walk there in 5 minutes. Most stores and restaurants are a short ride away. I did a lot of walking on the beach and back streets and enjoyed looking at all the different style houses.

We loved staying in this lovely home minutes from the beach. Clean, cozy and cool! Loved being able to cook a good meal and do laundry onsite. Would stay at this location again for sure! Management was kind and quick to respond. Great location, access to all the local restaurants within minutes distance. Not far from the grocery store either. Thank you to the owners for providing such a relaxing, stress-free stay.

Short walk to beach. After staying at other VRBO and other rentals I was surprised that the home was not supplied with a blow dryer or Beach chairs. Wasn't sure what to do with dirty linens or towels at the end of our stay either. There was no check in or check out instructions.

This place was really nice. The house was well equipped, from furnitures to towels and stuff for the beach. The nice, not overcrowded beach was reachable within 5min walking. We highly recommend this place and for sure it will stay in our memories for a long time.

Perfect place to stay within walking distance of the beach. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, paper supplies, and kitchen items to cook simple meals (pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, etc). The beds were comfortable, the shower worked great (plenty of hot water). The owner was great to communicate with and responded to any questions. She recommended a coffee shop 2 miles away that was AMAZING (Sweet Brewnette). The beach was beautiful and not crowded, at times almost empty. We had a great experience renting bikes from Mad Beach Rentals. A previous review mentioned issues with bugs. We had absolutely no problems with any kind of bugs during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very convenient for an extended stay. Recently renovated, modern furniture and TV/broadband. Very pleasant and quiet neighborhood, only few minutes to a nice upscale and not so crowded part of the beach.

This rental was fantastic. It's a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) to Reddington beach, and it is also very close to Madeira, Treasure island, and a short drive to Indian Shores. This house was clean, and had plenty of sheets, towels, etc. The owner was exceptionally helpful, extremely easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Everything was perfect. We will absolutely be returning. 🙂

During check in we had met the property owner and everything was great. However, during our first day there, we ran into cockroaches and ants. This issue must have been known by the owner as there are bug traps in the house. We did not bring this issue up right away as we felt empathy towards the owner since we are her first clients. However, we could no longer ignore the problems as a cockroach crawled across my 4 month old baby and ants got into my toddler's snacks. When I brought this up, the owner dismissed it right away saying "it is common in FL... the place has no bug issues...and calm down, it's not a cockroach....you don't know what a cockroach is..." (I grew up in a 3rd world country, I definitely know a roach when I see one). She also turned it back against us saying we must've left the windows and doors open, so that's how the bugs got in...mind you, we are from MN, it is extremely hot in FL, which means the AC was running, so WHY in the world would we leave the doors and windows open? We ended checking out after two nights. Overall this place has great potential but terrible cleanliness and terrible management.
