Situated in Three Mile Harbor, this charming house for $839 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Gorgeous sunsets directly on Three Mile Harbor. All rooms with waterfront views. 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1br and a study/office (which can be converted to a 4th bedroom if you like) on the ground level, basement used as TV/Playroom . Fenced backyard with direct access to the water. Heated and fenced pool (heating is metered and charged separately), wet bar, outdoor shower. 2 paddleboards, a rowboat, 2 kayaks, adjustable basketball hoop, soccer goals, badminton with net are available for your use. A Sunfish sailboat is available to rent for an additional fee. If you plan to boat, please inquire about our mooring. We are 6 min walk from a small marina where you can also keep your boat if desired. The harbor is a wonderful place for swimming. The water is usually 4-5 degrees warmer than the ocean and you don't have big waves. It is protected, with low boat traffic and water is clean. We are at the end of the street so you will never hear car noises. Nor will you hear boats that can only move at high speeds on the opposite side of the harbor. It is truly idyllic and peaceful place where you can spend days without getting into a car. You may not even want to ever leave the house. In addition to spectacular sunsets, the harbor is a great place to swim or snorkel (water here is always 4-5 degrees warmer than in the ocean and calm), paddle, sail, kayak, clam or fish. We are at the end of the street so you will never hear car noises. Nor will you hear boats that can only move at high speeds on the opposite side of the harbor. It is truly idyllic and peaceful place where you can spend days without getting into a car. Amagansett, East Hampton Town are 10 min away. Nick and Tony's, East Hampton Grill, Serafina 5-6 min away. Si Si, Harbor Bistro or Bostwick on the Harbor (both excellent seafood restaurants with water views) are 2-4 min away. Infamous Swamp Farm is 5 min away. East Hampton Golf Club is 7 min away. Public tennis courts and skateboard park are 6 min away. Over 5 summer camps are 4-25 min away from our house. Jackson Pollock's house and studio is 5 min drive away and open to visitors. If you are renting during the week of July 16th, famous Hamptons fireworks will take place on Three Mile Harbor and a perfect day to host a party or enjoy them right from your backyard on your own.

The views are simply stunning and better than the pictures. We skipped lots of traffic and parking nightmare and swim/kayak/paddle board from the front porch instead. The water was warm, calm and clean. Coming from the West Coast we enjoyed it immensely. My husband shot hundreds of baskets and put TRX to a good use. We LOVED how quiet and peaceful the location was, yet it took us no more than 10 min to get to the center of the town, Amagansett or ocean beaches. We ended up going once as we did not have summer permit and parking was not easy. The owners were very responsive and had tons of helpful suggestions for us. We barely cooked but the house was very well stocked. Somehow we missed an outdoor shower and I still regret this. We would love to come back.

The location of this property is wonderful, and the views over the harbor are absolutely breath taking from every room. David is a great host, very responsive to any request. The photographs on line are a true representation of the property, but the furnishings, sadly, are well below what you would expect for this price range. (very comfortable though!) I was caught up in looking at the images of the view, and probably should have paid more attention to the furnishings when booking. I would say that both David and Natalia were very receptive to our comments about the furnishings, and even added two arm chairs, because there was only a two seater sofa in the living room and there were 6 of us. I'm sure if David was to replace the sofa, add a coffee table, and some side tables that aren't on wheels, it would be great. Despite the furnishings, we had a lovely relaxing stay. You just can't beat the views, especially front row seats to the Three Mile harbor Firework display!!
