Situated in Prescott, this attractive condo for $187 per night is a great option for your next break. Perfect for one person or a couple, this quiet, comfortable studio is a cozy home away from home. The big picture window in the main room looks out onto a grassy area with fenced yard and spectacular sunset views. This freshly painted studio has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There are 3 steps into the studio from outside and it is not wheelchair accessible. The main area has a love seat and queen sized bed. The full kitchen is equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator and microwave. Along with smaller appliances like a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, hand mixer and toaster. Also included for convenience are spices, cooking oil, coffee/tea and coffee supplies, paper products, cleaning supplies and trash bags. The oak cabinets are fully stocked with all the cookware you need to create a great meal if you feel like dining in. The quaint dining table seats 2 and has room to set for a full meal. Birch Cottage also features a walk-in closet and a shared new stackable washer/dryer in the laundry area just off the closet. There is one bathroom with a pedestal sink, roomy shower, plenty of hot water and lots of fluffy towels. There is free Wi-Fi and Direct TV with HBO. A flat screen tv which is visible from all areas of the room. In the shared, fenced backyard, perfect for your pup, there is a patio table, umbrella and 6 chairs. There is also a shared covered patio in front, with table, chairs, BBQ and a fire pit (see pictures) We have on-site parking. Birch Cottage, Aspen Cottage (VRBO #679470) and Cedar Cottage (VRBO #679471) are on the same property. They work great for individual renting and could also be used for a family reunion, or friends all attending one of the many events Prescott has to offer. Located on one of the prettiest residential streets in the historic district, South Mount Vernon is just 5 blocks from the downtown square and you can enjoy walking past the gracious historic homes on the lovely tree-lined street to get there.

1st off, located in a beautiful area of renovated Victorian Homes… a historical area. Close to the library and the Courthouse all within walking distance. The Unit has a great kitchen, fully stocked with any type of pan needed. Plenty of towels, plus paper products and the ambiance is top notch. A delightful little back-yard. Pets allowed..Mia loved it! Plus a s beautiful little patio filled with potted plants, Tiger Lilly’s, Foxglove, Roses…. Just beautiful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The manager, Bonnie is a very considerate & kind person. The property is very nice with a small backyard with singing birds! The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need including a w/d. I stayed in the studio cottage with my little dog & we have been delighted with it. The cottage is very clean, and Bonnie makes you feel very welcome. I stayed an extra week, and may have to stay another week & Bonnie has been very accommodating. The overall location is on Mt. Vernon street which is also a gorgeous place. Parking & motion sensitive lighting make it very safe. I would stay here again & highly recommend this property & manager.

Great little place that was reasonably priced. The location is great, this cottage is located in a beautiful historic community. I've stayed in Prescott many times both in rentals and hotels, I was happy with this choice. Owner was quick on responding with my last minute reservation and was helpful and kind to my needs.

Spotless, comfortable - albeit small - apartment, located just 1/2 mile from Courthouse Square and the many shops and restaurants nearby. It's easily walkable, if you're ok with hills. If you're not, it's a 2 minute car ride and easy parking. Plenty of towels and linens provided, and a full array of kitchen utensils and supplies are on hand. Fridge is large and relatively new -plenty of room for whatever you need it for. Property owner/manager Bonnie provides a multi-page doc with all you need to know re check-in (which was painless/seamless) and other details about the apartment proper as well as favorite restaurants and other nearby neighborhood features. There are also lots of brochures and menus on hand to get you familiar with all that's available. And she is unfailingly quick to respond and helpful, should you email her with any questions. About the only thing she can't help you with is the weather :) Thru-the-wall a/c unit keeps the space cool and there are fans, too, if you prefer a quieter solution to combat summer heat. Plenty of drawers and closet space, too, if you're staying awhile. And the shared washer/dryer combo is a really nice convenience. There's even detergent and dryer sheets! A definite stay-again.

Comfortable and clean cottages!!! This was my second stay here. This visit our family took a mini vacation and we stayed at all 3 cottages on the property. We totally enjoyed our family evening where we made use of the lighted patio and grill. Quiet neighborhood! Easy walk to downtown festivities and restaurants. Bonnie as usual was an excellent hostess!!

Unfortunately the WiFi service was very weak. At some times during our stay, it became nonexistent. The television channels were very limited. Due to the wonderful snow that showed up during our stay, there were a couple evenings when we stayed in and found the television choices to be very limited. The uni

The stay could have not been anymore perfect. The amenities were far above some of the other places that I have stayed. The parking can be tricky as the drive way can be easily missed if not paying attention. As well as the amount of parking spots if someone decides to take up two spaces. Luckily we just parked on the driveway close to the patio area. I will definitely stay here again as it was close to the square and other places to visit.

Lovely clean and quiet with a quaint courtyard and great location. Communication with the property owner was very easy and enjoyable. Bonnie was friendly and warm. I felt comfortable and safe and extended my stay last minute. I loved it so much I am in the process of relocating!! I would totally recommend staying here. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Directions and check-in instructions were spot-on. It's a small space, but well thought out. All the comforts of home, just in a smaller footprint. Table to dine at, or work on your computer from. Loveseat for reading, watching tv, or just gazing out the window. Speaking of tv - it's a real cable hook-up, with a lot of stations you'll be familiar with, as opposed to a streaming service offering up fare some may find less entertaining. Closet has more than enough drawers and hangers for all your things, and there's an iron and ironing board if you need 'em (I did not). Washer and dryer in a space shared with one other cottage even has detergent and dryer sheets. Nice convenience. A/C unit works well, and the various table lamps provide plenty of light. Bathroom is small, but, like the rest of the unit, spotless and well-appointed. Queen bed was considerably softer than I prefer, but comfortable. Really nothing that absolutely needs improving. Room gets lots of afternoon sun. There are blinds and curtains to keep it out to varying degrees, if you want/need to. Location is very convenient to Courthouse Plaza, where much of the commerce of interest to out-of-towners is situated. It's probably not much more than a half mile away, but there's a pretty long and fairly steep hill to be negotiated and the walk back up it might not be to everyone's liking. The good news is, there's plenty of free parking to be found at the bottom, so you can ride down and then take your walking tour from there. And the guest information book contains lots of good info on nearby things to do and places to eat. 100% stay again.
