A three bedroom two bath home built in 2015, located In a Quiet neighborhood in Hancock, set on a 1.5 acre lot, 14 miles from Acadia National park on Mount Desert Island, 7 miles from Hancock Point, and 24 miles from Schoodic Point. This house offers a large front and back yard with a nice patio, granite counter tops, a large living and dining space. King size master bed with a private full bath, another full bath near the queen bed in room two, bedroom three offers a double bed with a desk work space including a wireless printer. New heat pumps installed in 2023 for heating and cooling along with a large reclining sectional couch and new recliner.

I had a wonderful experience renting this house. It was impeccably clean and had a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The maintenance and decoration were top-notch, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable being there for a few days…… highly recommended

Our family had a wonderful experience at this spacious home. My wife and I have 3 adult children and this home was perfect for our trip. We spent several days in Acadia and Bar Harbor and it was great to come home to this quiet, peaceful home on a country setting. We would definitely come here again in the future

My family of 4 (children are young adults) had a relaxing time. The location was about a 30 minute drive outside of Bar Harbor and the entrance to Acadia National Park which was very convenient. The property was spotless, comfortable and exactly as described! Thank you for hosting our family!

This house was the perfect location for visiting Acadia, Schoodic Peninsula and Bar Harbor. We loved our stay here. One of the cleanest and most comfortable locations we have stayed. Information in the property description was exactly correct. Communication with owner was also excellent. We would stay here again and recommend it to anybody visiting the area. Missing was the water that was mentioned and the lawn was quite long while we were there.

We stayed for three nights. This place is very clean with three nice size bedrooms. It was very well kept and around 30 minutes to Bar Harbor. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, comfortable house/home. It had everything we needed. Loved the fireman decorations. Nice fire pit & grill outside. Thanks for the washer & dryer when traveling with a toddler. 😉

Very happy with our 3-night stay here. House was very clean, spacious and kitchen was well appointed. Bed comfortable. Good location for Acadia and Schoodic Peninsula. Private, quiet, yet close to Route 1. Would stay here again if we return to the area.

We drove from Texas to visit family in Hancock. We were a party of 4: Mom, Dad, and 2 adult children. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was perfect for us. It had everything we might need. Since we have relatives living 2 miles away we only made breakfast there. It is close to the road but so quiet we never heard any traffic. The beds were comfortable and showers were great. It is only 40 min from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

The house is exactly what the ad says. It is a great space in a quiet neighborhood. We had a good time. We loved the outdoor sitting area and fire pit. The only thing to consider in hot summer days is there is no AC in any of the bedrooms and the fans provided won't help much. Also there is no dish washer so be prepared to do the dishes yourself. I would still recommend staying if you are ok with these things.

Our stay here was Excellent! All we needed as far as sleeping, cooking, and space to relax was here. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Place was super clean.

Gorgeous time in Acadia
Or visit to Acadia was wonderful. Perfect weather, great friends, and a welcoming VRBO to come to at night. 2 of our evenings were spent outside at the fire pit (we left the next guests some wood!!). Thank you so much.

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was about 30 minutes from Bar Harbor and Acadia. Location was very private and secluded which was great for us. I recommend this property and give it a 5 star review!! Great little Seafood restaurant a mile down the road!

This home was just as advertised. Super clean with all the amenities of home. The location is a great hub for Acadia, Bad Harbor, and MDI. It’s central location near supermarkets made it a great home for a family.

Great place for peace and quiet
We loved this place! It was perfect for our family of 5. It is about 30 min to Acadia and 30 min to Bar Harbour. The property was spotless and the host was super responsive. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer too! The property is exactly as shown in the photos and we loved how peaceful and quiet it was on the property!

This property is the perfect place to stay for those looking to spend time in Acadia. We had a wonderful time there! The property is really clean and comfortable. Tyler, the host, was so quick to answer any questions we had and even reached out to us after we left to let us know we had left a valuable item behind. 100% we would stay at this property again.

We took a short little trip to visit Acadia National Park. This home was approximately 30 minutes away from Bar Harbor (which we knew ahead of time) but it was an easy drive. No neighbors which made it quiet and peaceful. The house was extremely clean!! We reached out to the owner via text message for something and he got immediately! Good recommendation if you are looking outside of the highly busy Bar Harbor area!

House was in a beautiful setting away from other houses. There was a huge kitchen with all the amenities. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was a great place to relax at the end of a long day

This is a very clean and updated house. Easy to get in. But be aware use Apple map instead of google map to get there because google map couldn’t find it. Also, there is no toiletries. Otherwise, it’s a great choice for vacation near Acadia National Park.

This property was lovely. It was clean. It had a great floor plan. I would rent again. Only complaint is a light road the house is located would be helpful. You are in remote part of ME. Street lighting is not plentiful. It is easy to go past the sign for the road the house is located. However the owners provided great directions. It's important to make sure you download the directions. If you follow their directions, you are fine.
