About this house rental
Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site. Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door. The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy. After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included) Each stay has complimentary small snacks, welcome local beer and wine!

We had an amazing stay. The property was clean, quiet, and full of personality. Our sweet host, Krystle even left welcome snacks and wine out to help us jumpstart our mini vacation. Any tiny issues were taken care of immediately. The beds were comfy, and we had plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. We will definitely return for another stay❤️

This was a perfect house for our quick family getaway! There were 6 of us and we all enjoyed our stay. The house was just as it is listed. It was very clean and comfortable! It has such a homey feel with great attention to detail. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to messages. We would happily stay here again when we visit Fredericksburg.

This place was great very comfortable and inviting. It was super close to all the restaurants we frequent which made it even better. Didn't get to use the hot tub because of the weather, but would definitely go back.

The location provided close access to nearly everything, we were never more than a few minutes from any point downtown. The provided refreshments and snacks were a nice touch. The hot tub was very relaxing at the end of a long day walking. Easy check out process - will definitely be back! It was just peachy!

This property was just perfect for the guys on our bicycling trip. We stayed 4 nights and did 3 great rides in the Texas Hill Country. The house was beautiful, looks recently renovated and was immaculate. The hosts left us beer, wine and snacks.

We loved every minute of our stay. The home was immaculate and well appointed. We had everything we needed and the hot tub was a bonus!! The location was perfect with easy access to everything in and around Fredericksburg. The host even welcomed us with a bottle of wine from Texas Heritage Vineyards ~ our absolute FAVORITE Fredericksburg winery and tasting room. ❤️

Thank you Krystle for a warm welcome and a very comfortable home to return to after a long day of touring the Fredricksburg area. We completely enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy our meals together, relax in the family room with a seat for everyone and nice big beds to spend the night. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Overall it was nice, but a couple things were a disappointment, first one is my wife found a roach in the master bathroom, second was the hot tub water was filthy and looked like used bath water so we never used it, third and not a huge deal was the grass wasn't mowed in the back yard which i felt had an impact on the mosquitoes in the back yard area.
The place overall was clean and as advertised with clean linens and nice beds. They also left a couple beers in the fridge for us which was great after our long motorcycle ride to the house.

We had a total of 6 people for a fun weekend in Fredericksburg and this house was perfect for us. Each room has king size beds. The hot tub was hot and the outdoor seating was perfect. We will be back.

This house had lots of space, six adults would be very comfortable. We stayed with another couple, it was less expensive than a local hotel. Close enough to Main Street to walk, grocery store is three blocks away. Manager was helpful and responded promptly to our questions.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this property. From the moment we walked in the front door, with the “Hello” accent wall, beautiful Christmas tree, and gorgeous renovated kitchen, we felt at home! The house was super clean and smelled freshly cleaned. The basket of rolled up beach towels by the sliding glass doors leading out to the hot tub was a great touch. We enjoyed our wine thank you gift and breakfast at Woerner Warehouse as suggested by the owners. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation or it would be perfect for a girls weekend trip!

The house is in a great location, just a few blocks from everything. Really cute home and nicely decorated, fully stocked with everything you need and more. It’s also decorated for Christmas with a tree and holiday decorations all throughout the house. My husband is currently in a wheelchair/crutches and the house is handicap accessible/all one level. Beds are comfortable, great sheets and pillows too. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was absolutely perfect. Comfortable and clean, and the owners were very communicative and helpful. The house is about a mile from Main Street, so maybe a bit too far to comfortably walk, but I would still highly recommend this house.

The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the cold drinks waiting for us when we arrived. We used the hot tub, grill, and all of the kitchen appliances and all were in excellent working condition. There was nothing to complain about. The owner even emailed the day before to confirm that we had received the correct code for entry.

We loved the location. It was about 8 blocks from Main Street. The neighbor was very quiet at night which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the snacks, beer and wine that our hostess left for us. We can't wait until our return trip.
