DREAM CATCHER is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom tropical home, situated only 3klms from the Lodge of Dundee, just off the main road. Sleeps 6 in the house comfortably with an option of an extra room in the Granny flat that can sleep up to an extra 5 guests. Additional costs apply for the granny flat, please inquire with the host when booking. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay including linen and a spa on the front deck. A beautiful place to unwind, sit back and relax after a days fishing or just enjoy the ambience of the property. One of the many features of this property is the well maintained, landscaped gardens with native plants, including a lovely deck with a spa to enjoy after a hard days fishing. You can enjoy the cool sea breezes while sitting on the amazing front deck enjoying the spectacular top end sunsets with a drink or two before dinner. The deck is fully equipped with outdoor fans, a 5 burner hooded BBQ & an 8 seater outdoor setting The house sleeps six people comfortably and the granny flat can accommodate up to 5 extra people if needed. The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout and is equipped for all your needs to have an enjoyable stay. Features include, open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you need, including a Nespresso machine. A massive fridge freezer, microwave and modern stove & oven are also available in the kitchen. The dining area has a large six seater dining table and chairs. The Living area has a large comfy corner lounge and TV. The main bathroom is a shared indoor laundry with washing machine. The main bedroom has a queen bed as well as a set of bunks, with an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed The Granny Flat has a double bed, a single bed and a single floor mattress, includes shower, kitchenette, outside patio. Has a ceiling fan and is air conditioned. *Please note that linen is provided. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Rental fee-$400 per night for six people, in the house, with a minimum of two nights stay. The Granny Flat is an extra cost of $125 per night for up to 5 guests. Damage deposit-A damage deposit of $400 will apply to each booking for the house and an additional $125 if booking the granny flat as well. Deposit-We require a deposit of $400 to hold your booking. Final Payment- Final payment, including the damage deposit, (less deposit) is to be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Cancellation-Should you need to cancel (for good reasons), we require at least two weeks prior to the date booked. Check in time- After 2pm on the day of your arrival,or 3pm if we have others checking out the same day. An earlier check in can be arranged depending on other bookings and availability. Check out time-By 10.00am on the day of your departure. A later check out can be arranged depending on other bookings and availability. RULES: 1. Pets-Can be discussed when booking. 2. Smoking- Definitely no smoking in the house 3. No parties or Events to be held. 4. No additional guests, caravans, campervans or camping on the property allowed. 5. Strictly no more than 6 guests in the house & 5 in the granny flat. 6. Bonfires, firearms & fireworks are banned 7.No washing of cars, boats, quads or motorbikes
