Situated in Harwich, this lovely house for $492 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Lower Cape Escape is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom - ranch styled home in a cute neighborhood! Fully applianced kitchen, peloton bike, Record player with records and Bluetooth, smart TV’s in every room! Just 1.2 Miles to Harwich's beloved Red River Beach on the Nantucket Sound. Our home is completely renovated inside and out! As soon as you enter, you'll notice beautifully refinished hardwood floors & freshly painted interior decorated in a cozy coastal vibe! This home has a semi-open floor plan that allows for great entertaining throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen area, while the bedrooms are set apart and provides privacy. White kitchen, soft close cabinets, granite counter tops, large slider that connects to a beautiful new deck and natural gas grill. You’ll have all the necessities for meal prep and cookouts! The master bedroom “Captain's Quarters” suite is right off the kitchen in the east wing of the home - it’s our sailboat themed room and features a king sized bed, 50” flat screen smart TV, walk in closet, & full bath! In the west wing, “Bedroom 2” features tasteful sea shell/ coral decor, a queen sized bed, a 37” smart tv, & closet! “Bedroom 3” is our under the sea theme! It has a full sized bed, twin bunk beds, a 43” smart tv, & closet! This room is perfect for the kids to escape to and play board games, video games or watch movies. This home will also have a Full sized futon for an extra sleeping area. If you're a Peloton enthusiast, you're in luck! You won't be missing any weekly streaks if you stay with us...just bring your riding shoes! There is also a large fire pit near the shed, in a leveled area seating area - Its a perfect way to end the night! Located in South Harwich, you'll find that this home is close to all you're favorite "Lower Cape" towns, like Chatham, Brewster & Orleans! When you stay in Harwich, you're able to soak up ALL that the cape has to offer, since its pretty much under an hour to EVERYTHING! Public transportation allows groups to split up and explore various parts of the cape independently. Falmouth is 1 hr west, Provincetown is 1 hr north, The Ferry to Nantucket is just minutes away, and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry is 20 minutes away in Hyannis. All of Harwich/Harwichport saltwater Beaches are located on the calm, warm waters of the Nantucket Sound, which makes for nicer swimming - especially for little ones! If you want more waves or for surfing you’ll want to head east/North east and go to beaches on the Atlantic Ocean side such as Nauset beach, Nauset Lighthouse beach or Coast Guard beach among others! Harwich is a special gem & its one of the best places to stay in Cape Cod for couples/families who like to be outdoors as the bike trail runs through Harwich on the way to the Outer Cape and the Conservation Lands offer some incredible hiking options. We are just 1/3 of a mile to The Old colony Rail trail which connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. YOu can cycle your self all over the cape if you choose! If you're here for a wedding at Wequassett Resort or Wychmere Beach Club, they are located right in town as well!

What a beautiful home! This well maintained and clean house was just perfect for our trip (mom+dad, daughter+partner). So many thoughtful details and personal touches. We enjoyed coffee and tea on the front porch in the mornings, and hung around the fire pit in the evenings. The record collection was right up our alley, and we took advantage of the tunes. We would not hesitate to book again, in fact, we wished we booked a longer stay!

Rental was exactly what was advertised. Beds were comfortable. The air vents were a bit dusty. Plenty of room for our party. We were in Harwich for a wedding at the Wychmere-the proximity of the home to the venue was perfect! We would recommend.

We were two families staying together with our two toddlers and we had the best time at this house! The set up worked great for us! The location was also perfect. Less than five minutes from a beach and close to our favorite restaurants, but also tucked in a nice neighborhood. Amie was also super responsive and helpful before and during our stay! We can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved spending a long weekend in this cute, cape cottage! We were in town for a friend’s wedding and couldn’t have imagined a better “home base” for our stay. It was incredibly easy to get to the downtown area and the wedding venue!

The property was exactly what our friend group needed for a beautiful fall weekend. From the backyard firepit for s'mores, to ourdoor grill, and 25-min walk to the beach, the space was great for a quaint weekend. The bedrooms/bathrooms were sufficiently spacious, comfortable, and clean. Amie was very communicative and the home had ample amenities (kitchen necessities, games, home entertainment) for a fun and easy trip! Would recommend 10/10!

Amie’s house was absolutely fantastic and everything our group expected it to be. From the minute we booked her place, she was responsive, accommodating and made us feel like we were part of her family. The house itself was nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and extremely convenient to all local Harwich restaurants, bars and beaches. The amenities contributed to us having the best possible long weekend, and our group would absolutely book Amie’s place in the future!

The property is easy to find with several restaurants, ice cream shops and activities within a 15 minute drive. The closest beach is about a five minute drive and is AMAZING! The home was clean, open, updated and a dream! Literally zero complaints. Amie was amazing and had a quick response for all my questions.
