The Red studio apartment is located on the first floor with 1 double sized bed (150x200cm) & 1 single bed (130 x200 cm), 1 two-seat sofa and 1 baby cot. The Blue Studio apartment is located on the second floor with 1 double sized bed (150x200cm) and a three-seat sofa (190 x 90cm). Each unit features a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave and it comes with a 32-inch TV, ironing facilities, wardrobe and a seating area with a sofa. There is an ensuite bathroom with bidet and a hairdryer in each unit, along with on the house amenities. The dining area is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave , iron press, washer, espresso and filter coffee maker. The homestay provides a private roof garden with two seating and dining areas offering a spectacular view of the Venetian surrounding, ideal for dining or enjoying a romantic sunset. The whole space is filled with bespoke furniture that give an artistic ethos to the house. Various restaurants and cafés can be easily reached on foot. Additionally, a hairdresser’s place with the same ethos and aesthetics owned by the owner next to the house could be a nice retreat for your holidays.
