It was fine. The condo was clean and had a pretty well stocked kitchen for our needs.
Convenient location downtown, for sure. Underground parking was no problem. Hot tub and workout room were nice.
This condo does need a little upkeep. Some light bulbs were out, a shower drain needs to be cleaned out as it pooled up quickly. The furniture is a bit wonky in the main room.
Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to understand, especially if you have used that key kiosk in the 7/11 before.
Communication with the management was spotty. I sent an email inquiring about the 2nd key fob location and all I received was automated response that they are in the office during 9-7 pm. We did find it on the "desk" table the following morning.
Overall no major complaints.

The condo is excellent. Location , location , location . We loved the dining table and chairs , we spent beautiful breakfast and dinners there . All very clean . The property manager communicated on time with us by email . Will stay there again .

Our stay here was perfect. This is a fully equipped condo with all the amenities one may need. Located in the heart of Victoria. Clean and quiet. Available parking was easily accessible.

The photos are a true example of the condo. What we (50 yr old and two seniors) found disappointing about this rental were the following conditions:
Severe furniture design in the living space made sitting, relaxing and/or getting cozy impossible
No support/grab bars in the showers;dangerous for older folks
Bedding and beds were comfortable
The media/TV remotes unlabeled, confusing with no informational paperwork on how to coordinate these devices for viewing. It took most of the last day to figure out how to access ordinary channels without a required subscription. After contacting property manager they were accessible the next day via email only who simply asked if we’d figured it out.
The method of initial entry was so convoluted, just to obtain the access key, and trying to find entrance to parking with two separate security gates created a frustrating experience. If it weren’t for a helpful on-duty security guard, we would have spent much more time accessing the place.
Overall, It was a place hard to enjoy, and we so wished this review could have been better because the location is easy for walking tourism.
The noise from sirens was almost relentless, so outdoor patio was not used, nor sliding doors opened for fresh air.
I hope some of the easy fixes might be addressed, for future VRBO members to consider this location.

Overall we were pleased with the apartment. We would have enjoyed it even more if the living room had more comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and bed was comfy. Loved the location. Walking distance to pretty much everything.

This condo has all the things needed for a stay in Victoria, close to all the sights and with its own parking. The floor to ceiling windows are lovely and beds are comfy. The decor is a little interesting and not terribly practical, but like I said, it works.

Perfect location, close to the water and walkable in all directions. We appreciated the building security and enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Condo was good. Comfortable. Seating area in living room is very small. Condo could have been cleaner, lots of dust on arrival. Not every much storage for food/groceries. Birds woke us up at 330 am daily I would recommend ear plugs. Not suitable for trucks as parking spots are very small and low. No storage for bikes which made it very difficult for us with bikes and a truck. Great location for bike path accessibility.

The unit was clean and convenient. Enjoyed the area and the view. Basic amenities were provided. Living room couch was not comfortable however beds were great.

This apartment was great for our first time on Vancouver Island. Walking distance to the waterfront, shopping and good restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Ithaka which was right next door! It was a pleasure dealing with the management company.

The living room is set so you enjoy all the beautiful morning light and at night you can see the museum, empress and parliament buildings lit up. The management company was very helpful and quick to respond. Apartment was as pictured and nicely sound proofed. Would stay there again.

Very nice place, exactly as described. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Easy walking throughout downtown and very close to lots of good restaurants. Booking and check in were straightforward. Highly recommend.

This condo is in the perfect location to explore Victoria. The unit is compact, but updated, with nice appliances, comfy beds, and a pleasant pool/sauna/gym area in the building. Communication with the property management company was quick and helpful.
A few things to know:
- The unit is on the 5th floor, but feels more like 3rd and pretty close to the street, plus very close to a couple of hotels. It's got lovely big windows, but not a lot of privacy unless you close the blinds, which are nice in that they provide privacy without blocking light in the living area and are heavy and dark in the bedrooms.
- The furnishings look really good and fit the space well, but it's not the most comfortable seating (if you have a movie marathon in mind).
- You pick up the key at a nearby 7-11, but when I say nearby, it's around the corner. We actually parked in front of the building for me to run into the 7-11 without realizing that we were in front of the building, so don't overthink that part of the process.
This property worked really well for our trip, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay here!

This is a gorgeous little unit located in the heart of downtown Victoria. Super quiet building.
Had some difficulty trying to figure out the T.V. The unit does not have a radio. Super convenient location to every thing you'll need

we had a great time. we even made dinner one night on the bbq on the lanai - enjoying the views and above the hustle and bustle. i wonder what they are building across the street and if it will impact your views.

After leaving the property, the host has gave my stay a negative review due to “dirty dishes, and dirty sheets”.
I stayed there for a total of 6 hours and used one cup that was cleaned my hand and left out to dry. The sheets were left as instructed in the check out email.
The temperature gauge in the house didn’t work and it was 35°- with no formal information to contact to decipher the problem.
Not happy with the stay and poorly handled by the property management staff/ cleaners.
