It was clean and well equipped with Wi-Fi and in a great location for the town centre
Nothing - the only thing I thought was that it would have been lovely to sit in the backyard and it could have been a bit more inviting, but the house was really lovely.

The location was great as short distance to town centre.
The front bedroom had damp towels and the bedding was damp and smelt damp. So badly that I had to sleep downstairs on the sofa both nights. Old cigarette butts left outside on table.
Blinds were layered with dust and cutlery in drawers were left dirty so had to rewash before using.

The shower was great and the property had everything we needed for a stay and was nicely set up and cleaned on our arrival.
Only comment would be that the sofas weren't the most comfortable.

The rooms were bigger than expected. Nice kitchen area and bathroom. The house is also located within 5 minutes of a host of bars and eateries, but quiet despite this. Host very helpful and pleasant.
The mattress in front room is not comfortable and my partner and I kept rolling into the middle. Aside that I didn't have any other issues.

The location in Clitheroe was ideal for us and the on road parking was really easy. We managed to park right outside of the house. 5-10 minutes walk to many local amenities - supermarket, takeaways, pub. House was cleaned before we arrived and there were toiletries for us to use. Host was very helpful with recommendations as well.

Well organised and attentive to our needs. The house was very clean and well maintained with extra added touches too. Lots in the property to access if needed and kept to a very high standard. House was comfy and cosy and large spaces for the 2 families who went together.
The booking.com told us 1 code and then I had to sort making calls for a code for the key but Olivia was great and on hand to help.

Cosy, clean and comfortable. The property was a short walk from the town centre. It was also within easy access of beautiful Pendle and the Ribble valley. All you could wish for.
The owner had thoughtfully supplied milk, tea, coffee and sugar. it was good to find condiments in the cupboard and toiletries in the bathroom. Just a lovely Lancs terrace.

The property was light, airy and very clean. The bed beds were super comfy. The property was very well equipped with everything we could possibly want for our stay. Excellent location and easy to park.
Nothing. The owner had thought of everything we possibly need. The only thing missing was a mirror in the front bedroom but that was a minor issue. There was a full length mirror at the bottom of the stairs.

What a gem of a property! We thought it was going to be small and basic, but it was like a Tardis - much bigger than we expected and so well equipped (there was even baking equipment in the kitchen!). Olivia was warm and welcoming. Property was absolutely spotless and felt like a real home-from-home. Location was perfect - lovely residential area with an artisan bakery and several takeaways within a minute's walk. Outside space was an additional bonus.

The house is much bigger than it looks from the outside. It's situated in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk from the town centre.
There is a good chip shop and an excellent bakery/patisserie at the end of the road and the newsagents has to be seen to be believed!
The beds were too soft, although this is a matter of personal taste,
The back yard isn't quite as private as it appears in the photos, but this wasn't a problem during our visit.

The house was lovely and clean and in an ideal location. Olivia was extremely helpful and couldn’t have been more friendly.

Location was excellent. Host was very helpful and we found everything we needed. Would use again as it was ideal as a place to stay right near the town centre.

Helpful and kind host. Lots of room. Gorgeous flowers on kitchen table. Warm. Very good wifi.
Very quiet - no street noise. Nice linens. Calm decor. It smelled nice!
Didn't bother us at all - host was honest about it - but it is a work in progress. There are some unfinished bits in some rooms.
Also floors and beds were creaky, which made it hard for the insomniac not wake up the good sleeper.
