Location is perfect with private parking. Perfect for what we wanted. 2nd time we have used this property.

A bit of a tight squeeze to move around the bedroom ( mezzanine) but it wasn't a deal breaker!

Perfect little cottage right in the centre of Southwold. Equipped with everything we needed and spotless throughout. Allocated parking made the stay easy too.

First class accommodation in a great location. Having a private parking slot in the centre of the town was a real bonus. The accommodation was perfect for us (Mid aged couple) and the town and its facilities were easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again. First Class.

exceptionally clean. brilliant location. off street allocated parking which is unusual in Southwold.
please put some oven gloves in the kitchen.
please put a note in the folder about the lack of lighting in the courtyard. the outside light to the property only illuminates it’s immediate area. as it was very icy underfoot, it was important to see where you were stepping.
maybe some leaflets or maps?

Really clean in a great central location with soap and cleaning materials provided. Underfloor heating kept us warm even in the bitter weather! A great place for a couple with a dog.
A little tea or coffee would be nice to welcome visitors and some board games!

the property is well equipped and cosy.
the single beds are disastrous. they are narrow and very poor quality. they should be replaced. most uncomfortable and spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay.

amazing location, good size, really well put together, thoughtful with the little things like dishwasher tablets, cloths etc.
Quite a bit of sand on the floor, probably from the front of property as there was a pile of sand.

For the price of the property we expected a little bit more of a personal touch, example maybe a free bottle of wine, flowers, property was modern and all in working order. The floor was dirty when entering the property, might need to checked the cleaners work.

No storage to unpack in master bedroom just room for a bed and side table.Downstairs wardrobe difficult to access in second bedroom due to space only for beds.
