The flat is located on the first floor of the Tamaran complex which is accessible by lift or stairs. With a short walk you will enjoy the best beach of Gran Canaria, as at about 700 metres you will find the beach of Playa del Inglés and at about 900 metres you will find the Dunes of Maspalomas. If you want to walk along the avenue of the Faro de Maspalomas it is better to take a car or go by bus, it is about 3.6 km away.
