Good location. Clean and pleasant apartment block. Well maintained.
The furnishings and bed linens were basic and of a lower quality. The outside table and chairs were older and in need of attention and the beach chairs (only 2 unfortunately) were unclean.

Directly at the beach. Underground parking.
The flat needs improvements and investments. Water system needs to be fixed. There is no heating at all so it is not recomended in Autumn & Winter.
